The customer service was great and I loved that the restaurant was very clean but the food just didn’t deliver for me. I got a veggie plate and everything was too salty and/or too sweet. Overly sweet cabbage? Collard greens and sweet potatoes were also very sweet and both the collards and mac were too salty for my taste. Also got a slice of very disappointing carrot cake.

Spoke with her about my previous experience and me being a loyal and repeat customer and she took care of me! First time i went to Collard Green Cafe on a Friday during my lunch break i ordered the Grilled Trout, Collard Greens and Cabbage; what i got was fried Trout, i didn't make a big deal because i was on my lunch break, so i decided to give them another try. I went the next day on Saturday when i left Sam's Club which is in the same shopping plaza. The manager and the ladies serving the food was there, so i let them know the first time i've been here they got my order wrong but the food was good, then I specifically & emphasize twice that i will like the Grilled Trout this time since it was a mistake the first time i visited this restaurant.I sat at the table waiting over 45 minutes, waited some more minutes, then the full figured black woman serving the food with the nails shouted to the cooks "waiting on the Grilled Trout" i decided to wait just a slight longer, still waiting and still no food. I had enough, stepped outside and left. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ive been coming here frequently for a year now and the food is always amazing but all it takes is one time. First time ever finding a roach/insect in my food ever. Not going to say I'm never coming here again but it's time to take a break and I hope they take some time to do some exterminating immediately.

I had the fried chicken and it was just right. mac and cheese was bussin, only thing was the greens. they were too sweet to me..I like my greens more peppery, vinegary y'all know what I'm talking about lol. anyway it's good go check it out.

I was listening to the radio 102.9 fm Niecey Shaw was like check them out if you’re in the area. So, I did. I’m glad that I decided to try them out. The food was fresh and NOT overly salty !!! ??? I actually tasted the food. It was clean, refreshing, and a vibe inside. I’ll definitely be back there again?Parking: Pulled up to the door with no problems.
