I was greeted when I entered and the staff was kind and courteous. The lady at the counter told us about the lunch specials offered. I ordered Turkey wings, cabbage, Mac & cheese. The other was oxtails, peas & rice. The good was delicious! Will definitely go back.

I'm just going to accept the fact that Jamaican restaurant servers are rude. The long and true story is if I don't like being treated rudely then I Should not eat jamaican food.. at least nit here in atl area. I ordered the curry chicken. It just tastes like some baked chicken with thick curry paste on it. no flavor other than a lot of hot Tumeric. I was so disappointed cause I love Jamaican food And I was very hungry! There was some dried out cabbage at the bottom of the PAN but she said "we don't have anymore unless I make Some more" I said I'll wait for fresh cabbageAll the while she was on her earbuds speaking Patwa. Going off and someone because it has been over 4 months for something or another and she said she was pissed. I don't know, maybe. It was "mad" food. You're not supposed to cook when you're angry unless you eat it yourself. I am not exaggerating when say the macaroni was extra dry so I opted out.I was so scared to ask to taste anything else so I just left. ALL I WANT IS SOME GOOD JAMAICAN FOOD

This use to be my go to spot but since new ownership the food quality has gone down. I ordered a small oxtail & I should’ve known by the color. It shouldn’t be the color of southern style oxtail. The taste was edible but I’ll never order again. Mac & cheese was dry & overly seasoned. Cabbage bland, rice & peas were dry. The jerk wings were good. I’ll have to make the drive to Stone Mountain for Jamaican food.

I miss this place. I moved an hour away so I can’t order anymore, but I used to love the oxtail served here. Be back soon.

Second visit based on convenience & food was not good Jamaican food! I ordered Jerk Chicken, Rice, Cabbage with Plantains…used the restroom while plate was prepared…got home & no plantains on the plate. Called back & was told they were out of them due to holiday but they would not replace them at another visit. I was told if they don’t have them we still pay regular price. Also…jerk chicken tastes like it was dipped in a little sauce & was not flavorful!! I just visited Jamaica for the 7th time this year(Delta employee) so I know what the food should taste like. I will never visit this place again & will never recommend it to neighbors. The person who answered was rude & unprofessional!! I expect more responsibility from the “culture”!!!

I’ve been coming here in years, the new ownership is good, they remodeled the restaurant. The lady and the guy are really nice, makes me feel welcome. Foods quality is good as well. I hope people come to support this business❤️❤️

Order 2 curry chicken take out went home and started to eat couldn't taste no curry but what I did taste was sodium. When I call the next day the lady that served didn't care if you want a stroke then this is the place to go. I will never eat there again even the oxtail is terrible and you only get about 4 pieces of meat. Please close your door and go out of business asap before you cause someone to stroke out.

New Management. The lady was really nice. But its a no for the food. The old owners were rude but food was good. My stew chicken was weird. The gravy gave me baked beans vibes. And the mac n cheese was not it. Iwill nott be returning unfortunately.

Great Jamaican food on a pretty comprehensive menu. Nothing fancy ambiance wise. Just a great neighborhood place near my niece’s apartment. Loved the jerk chicken (char and all!) ??The owner, from Jamaica, opened 7 months ago. Based on the comings and goings while we were there, it would appear he already has a pretty steady stream of customers. Check it out if you’re in the area!

First time stopping by since I was in the area and there are no Jamaican food near me. Portions were huge (enough for 2-3 meals). Curry chicken was very nice. Will definitely consider returning.

Food is bland and tasted like cleaning supplies when I visited. This place needs to reavlaute their recipes or else they are going to lose customers.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Since they've had an ownership change this place has fallen off. The food doesn't taste the same and service is horrible. Walked in at 1:30pm and just wanted a couple of beef patties, there were 4 sitting in the warmer. Someone eating in the lobby had to get someone from the back to tell me that they were old and that I didn't want them. While I respect their honesty, why have them in the warmer at all? And it's the middle of the day smh. This place used to be my go to and it's just horrible now. Definitely do not recommend.
