The worst thing is to pull up to an empty restaurant. Order eat some of your food and notice your chicken strips are dried out. There was not one other customer in the line. And this is how you treat people who spend money with you when there is a Zaxby and Chick-fil-A right next door to you. I know where to go next time. And I understand why you hav no customers.

Stopped by last night about 7pm for some burgers and was planning on dining in. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged that we were there. They looked at us from the kitchen a couple of times but no acknowledgement. One couple in the dining room. One car in the drive through. We will come back when they are not so busy. Went to Village Burger and spent $35.

Idk if its because the change of meat globally or what but I got a regular cheese burger and I havent ate anything since then except a protein smoothy from smoothie king and I have had bubble guts every since I ate the cheeseburger which is now going on day 3. Not sure whats the cause of this but this my first time at this location and A high no. To each their own tho.

Absolutely horrible customer service. You order a tomato for your burgers and pay for it but you don’t get it and then have to wait on someone to come to the counter to help you. I won’t be going back again because this was the third time this has happened to me. Hello Burger King where tomatoes come on the burger.

Rude drive thru employee plus if you order stuff they add it but they don’t put it on your bag ! So they’re basically stealing. Looking at the receipt the employee is khamiya either fix your attitude or look for another job.

Precious to this visit, I've never been to the Cook Out chain based on the reviews from other locations. I was pleasantly surprised on how good it actually is. The burgers are literally off a grill and you can taste the smoke flavor. Wil definitely be back try some other things on the menu.
