This place sucks? I had the pizza and everything so give i could give it back to them. They talking about. I couldn’t get the right pizza. They messed up my order‼️ I will never come back to this place ever ever again.

I order a large pizza and eight wings I was charged $40 and gave the driver a tip,they gave me no receipt ? at all, I called the store the guy that answered the phone I told him I didn't get a receipt he told me what do u need a receipt for I told him I keep track of all my receipts,he told me to call corporate,I also ask him can he email me my receipt and her said no very rude man bad customer service....,.I still need a receipt
It's 2024 why aren't you sealing your boxes for delivery?

For take out pizza, they get it right every time. We've eaten here a dozen times, plus birthday party pizza's etc and it has always been decent.

Ordered a pizza asked for light sauce and they put a lot on. Ordered wings and they were not cooked all the way!!! Cold and and meat was like rubber. Stay away from this location. And the employee did not even care. He said "ok".

Terrible! ordered my pizza at 11:49. The pizza didn’t get in the oven until 12:26.Pizza wasn’t ready until 12:33. And one of the employees ended up giving it to the wrong customer. The employee asked did I want the pizza the other customer was supposed to have. No that’s not what I paid for.Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. A customer was there before me and asked what was taking so long and that he ordered his pizza a while ago. Juan who was making the pizzas said yeah it’s still over there while he was playing on his phone. No gloves going back and forth between his phone and making pizzas. I only ordered one large pizza online thinking it would be ready when I got there. It said my pizza would be ready in 13 minutes on the tracker. I ended up getting a refund.I really had a taste for dominoes and ordered online at another location. Pizza was ready for pick up in less than 10 minutes. This is my first time writing a review on Google. I’ll NEVER come to this location again ?
Walked into Dominos on Lavista rd 5 employees at work no one greeted or acknowledged me after about 7 min I walked out and went to Fellini's Pizza.

I ordered a carry out and I initially thought the person there just accidently gave me someone else's order.When I went to explain the situation, the attendant said "oh we just gave you the wrong box" , then started cooking my order.Turns out they didn't even start my order at all and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make my order at the store.When I finally got my order, I was offered no apology whatsoever.Extremely poor customer service. I don't recommend going here. They will either get your order wrong or they won't even start your order at all.
