6 people working and still can’t manage to get food out at a reasonable pace. I placed a mobile order at 12:09 and arrived at 12:25. Was told it would be 15 mins after I arrived. They make everyone’s food except the people standing in front of them. Everyone’s just looking at each other lost. No accountability. It’s very frustrating.

The store has no customer service! Rude! Not happy to help! Not friendly at all! Today the worker a" guy" screamed at my mom who was just picking up for delivery that the orders will be ready whenever he says its ready! No estimated time just like that! Please train your employees for better customer experience!

I was just trying to get a sandwich.Walked in at 8:40 with my partner. Went register while the young lady was helping what looked to be a door dash/Uber eats pickup, no big, I'm patient enough. I see the countertop advertising that I can now get my sandwich on GARLIC BREAD?!?!?! Oh, heckin swell! This glorious moment of revelation is immediately and brusquely terminated by an employee (supervisor?) in a red shirt who barks out ,"we're not taking orders", and grabs (I Believe )a cutting board before disappearing back to his troll cave (I assume) in the back. I remarked to my partner, who, by the way, is the one whose idea it was to come here, and who doesn't seem to be as properly excited about the garlic bread revelation as I am " why even leave the freaking door open?".She is just as surprised as me, but not nearly as disappointed. (I think this is due to the relative excitement levels about the aforementioned garlic bread)We walk out to car, and the situation just sticks in my craw. It's not closing time, the business is listed as being open, and there is now the option of garlic bread, if I can just get past the angry little man in his little red shirt.I go back in, and ask the seemingly nice young lady if I could get the name of the person who informed me that they were not taking orders. He immediately appeared from under the bridge and asked if he could help me. I repeated the question, and he spat out NO, and headed back to (once again, I assume) run all the fairy tale creatures out of his swamp. At this point I was recording, and simply replied that I would just get his face. The video I grabbed of him is at significantly higher resolution than all those grainy Sasquatch videos, but might bear some descriptive similarities. My camera cut off while I was pulling up the listed hours of operation, but I got it back to ask for the contact info for this location's management group. I was blatantly ignored by all employees. To be fair, it seemed like the two young people working were just trying to avoid the wrath of He Who Dwells Behind The Wall. I can't honestly say I blame them. When he came out to break down the steam table against the wall, I asked again for the contact info."I don't like the way you talked to me, so I'm not talking to you", he said, without a tinge of the irony obvious to anyone who has been verbally told, "I'm not talking to you"The sum of our total verbal interactions is recorded for posterity, minus the initial denial of service. It'll make a cute YouTube video.then he continued to talk, even though he's not talking to me. I simply said, "all I did was walk to the counter".His next (possibly drunk? I don't know, maybe) stream of words was just as confusing, especially since all I had done before our first interaction is decide on a sandwich, oh, and learn that I could get that sandwich on GARLIC Bread."Do what you're gonna do man. This is what you wanted, isn't it?" As if the whole reason I came in tonight was to bet that some disgruntled bald man with a bunch of missing teeth would deny me service and then try to prevent me from reporting his Neanderthal behavior. This is when I admittedly lost MY composure. I said, and will say again, "no, what I WANTED was a f@#$ing sandwich"At this point my partner is appealing to my better angel to leave and handle this thru a higher authority tomorrow.Alright, class, this has been long, so TLDR breakdown:Listed hours are really just fluctuating guidelines.Standing at a counter quietly somehow irritates some people.Personal responsibility for negative interactions is harder and harder to find.Wanting a sandwich shop to make a sandwich in exchange for money during opening hours is wrong.Oh, and did you know that if you can actually GET a sandwich order in, you have the option of having it on GARLIC BREAD?

Closed over 15 minutes before they were supposed to and one of the workers was extremely rude. I asked for the Manager contact info and the worker threw a temper tantrum and went to the back and I heard lots of banging. I will never come back to this restaurant. I came in about 8:40 and they said they were not taking orders when their sign says they are open until 9 pm. I have video of the offending worker, but I don't see an option here to post video.

My daughter wanted to grab a couple of sandwiches for dinner but was told by one guy behind the counter to ask the other guy making sandwiches if they are still serving at 8:23pm! If this is the case, please change your closing time to 8:30pm, it would make more sense! She said the whole exchange was weird and was really bothered by the attitude of both of these workers. If the owners are trying to keep people coming back, please train your staff on customer service. So we drove over to another restaurant and enjoyed sandwiches but will have to see some changes before we come back to this lack luster atmosphere!

I order a loaded potato soup with my sandwich and the soup taste like it’s spoil or sour but it’s not what I’m used to eating I tried calling the phone to speak with someone about the situation but seems to is off the hook. First time eating at this location and I’m sad I didn’t enjoy money spent in here.

I’d review the food if I got a chance to order any.I’ve tried to go here twice and the first time I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. As the guy that told me that was sitting at a table playing on his phone. The second time I went the same gentleman told me it’s online only. I’m sorry you don’t want in person business? Why not lock the door and close up the storefront at this point and advertise that. Would probably lead to more business.

Stopped there today to get a small steak and cheese sandwich. Asked for no onions, no peppers and no mayo. When I finally just now went to eat my sandwich- it's swimming in mayo!!

I ordered two Turkey subs at this location. The sandwiches were sloppy (more mayo than anything). There was mustard on them, in which I specifically requested to remove. There were no pickles on the side, as it should be included especially if requested. My overall experience from this location has given me the impression that I should just take my business elsewhere altogether.

Good service. I am a recent Firehouse customer. My only 2 problems are, kind of skimpy on meat and too much mayonnaise.
