Great food, Great customer service and reasonable prices. Wonderful environment to relax, have a drink and eat. My ex friend's favorite spot to chill.

The second time there, won't be back. First vist not bad but out of pulled pork. Disappointed but able to order substitutes. Decided to try last night. It was busy. The person at the hostess desk seemed preoccupied with sorting crayons vs. speaking to us in order to seat. It was busy and we chose the outside patio. Was seated at particular table as the hostess stated needed to be due to staffing. Sat 20 minutes, no one even acknowledged us. Decided to cut our losses and leave. Will never be back. There are plenty of good BBQ places that have good service and ample quantities if food.

At first I was just going to leave it alone and not review their dry, under flavored and overpriced meat and sides. Then I found a strand of dark hair in the potato salad and all bets are off. This place sucks. At least 90 percent of bbq in the Atlanta metro region is shamefully poor and probably the worst in the nation. I am done trying bbq restaurants in Georgia. If it’s not one of the 2 or 3 passable ones I’ve already had it’s a F no. And honestly not even just BBQ but 90 percent of restaurants I. ATL metro area are not worth it. I’m just gonna eat PB&J from now on. So fn mad rn. I mean correct me if I’m wrong but are there red potatoes out there with dark hair? If so then I apologize but…I’m done I’m fn done…And it’s just deep in this bland a potato salad too not even on top but mixed in like an ingredient!!!WTGDFOh and then there’s a fee for to go orders but no plasticware included? And i tipped extra just outta kindness?! Cuz i also work in service and understand…but yall have it so backwards here in this city it’s not even funny anymore…

Visited on a nice spring evening and sat outside and enjoyed our meal. They have a wonderful bbq menu with a mix of Tex Mex. After ordering drinks we ordered nacho appetizer and the plantains. The nachos were great and all five of us cleared the platter. The plantains were very good. The table ordered pulled pork, ribs, pork sandwich, and fantastic sides. Our waiter said his favorite is the Brunswick stew and a couple of us ordered and were very happy we took his advice. The service was great and our waiter couldn't have been better. Great meal!

Great vibes and great food! My faves are definitely the brisket street tacos and the turkey!

I wish they let us know that they didn't do kids eat free anymore. I never got notice of that and was hit with a nice increase in the bill. I also had a frustrating experience emphasizing that I wanted the appetizer portion of the salad vs the entree when doing a pick up order. Of course they messed up and put me down for the larger size. Lessons learned, but I have to say the food is good.

Came here for the first time to take a ToGo order. I have advised the bartender that it is our first time and I am excited to try their offerings.I’ve ordered food of $68. She told us it will take 20 mins. I said ok and walked outside on the bench, as I am pregnant and I had my daughter with me as well. 20 mins passed by, I kept looking through the window to see if my order was ready. After 40 mins my husband walked inside to ask about the status. ( please understand that we were in clear view of the bartender in case she wanted to inform us of the longer time ). She told him, 5-10 mins more. After 10 more mins I walked back inside, and asked about the eta on the food. She had informed me that they are working on it and it would be another 7-10 mins more, but I can get a refund if I don’t want to wait any longer. I asked her to give me the refund and let me speak with a Front of the House manager. Apparently, she was the manager! Go figure!! I said to her that this is totally unacceptable and as a manager she should have come and informed us of the longer wait, due to shortage in staff or whatever the situation may have been. I have managed restaurants for years and in my extensive experience this is unacceptable! I will never step foot in this establishment ever. The food may be good, but the way they handle the situation its very poor. At least she could have given the courtesy towards a pregnant woman with a child waiting for their dinner for 1 hr should have been enough to make her step outside after 30 mins to let us know what’s going on.Mind you, the restaurant was not busy. 1 table inside and maybe 3-4 outside.

Got to say not impressed. I got the pulled pork and the beef brisket. The pulled pork was not pulled, it was chopped. The brisket was completely dried out. The chopped brisket was the equivalent to chopped beef jerky. The host that sat us kept complaining was "so bored" to the co workers. Just another restaurant that enjoys charging premium rates for minimum effort.

Just ordered a slab of ribs with mac and cheese and collards and I would like to say this is the worst barbecue ever. Fat uncooked red meat We had to cook it again once we got home I don't know how you guys haven't made someone sick. And the cost $42

The food here is usually good. The fried okra rips. The pastrami beet Cubano is one of my favorite sandwiches in town. Today when I went with family for lunch, they were clearly working with a small reserve of unseasoned canned beets so instead of the thick layer of delicious pastrami beets, my sandwich had one comically small plain canned beet slice on either half. The cheese was fully unmelted. Also my sister got a huge beet salad and same deal, like 4 canned beet slices in a $12 salad. My heart broke today at Ford's BBQ. Why would you not just take the beet dishes off the menu for the day if you're out of them? This is going to sound dramatic, but there's a good chance I'm never coming back because the sandwich I love was so sad and gross today and I don't want to get fooled again. Because I have a feeling that Tucker once again fooled me into thinking it's possible to find decent food here and after decades of disappointment you'd think I would know better by now.
