Good breakfast, just wish they wouldn't make you pull up and wait for your food in the drive-thru; after you pay at the window. It's annoying. ?

I drove to the drive thru….no cars in the parking lot. It was 4 pm and the sign said they were open. The drive thru attendant said please hold on. I sat there for 5 mins and chose to drive off.

The food was burnt the portion size was a meal fit for a rat fries was soggy and unseasoned employees seemed like they were rushing us to leave even though it wasnt even close to closing all in all not a good experience best thing about the whole visit was the one piece cup

Terrible service today! Ordered at speaker, off menu and the menu had the wrong price ( which is false advertising!!!) when I got to the window I just simply asked how did he get that price? And what was the price of the meal? When he stated it, it was more than what was on the menu. He proceeded to say “do you want it or not? Because your holding up the line”. How dare you? I waited my turn and respected your time the least you can do is respect mines! I didn’t take a long time. I wasn’t intentionally holding up the line, the price was wrong and I was trying to understand why? I will be escalating this!!!!

Love their steak egg and cheese biscuit! Got to be the best in fast food. And lots of tater tots! Makes me want to go back now!

Went in for dining in option. They were not ready for prime time extremely slow and unorganized. When did get the meal the biscuits were extremely salty (had biscuit & gravy) I ordered an extra butter biscuit and it was very salty also. And not completely cooked through. Worst meal I have ever had. Hardee's biscuits have always been my favorites

The meal was not really very good I tried the new prime Burger and it was barely passable. The young man at the drive-in window was unable to make change I gave him $20.73 on a $13.73 purchase and he thought that he owed me a 10 but I corrected him and got the right change but it was distressing that he was not able to do that math he was a very nice young man and I felt sorry for him actually it may be a minute before I try to go to this Hardee's again

February 2022 went by for a breakfast sandwich it look like it was left over from the day before Rock hard dried up and disgusting. I demanded a refund. August 8, 2022 thought I would try them one more time. Notice the car waiting to place an order for a very long time. I pulled up to place my order no one responded 10 minutes later I’ll just drive up to the window. She asked me if I’ve been sitting there all this time I said yes. She said don’t even start with me I can tell by the way you drove up here that you’re mad. I said I’m not mad. She said you don’t know what’s going on in here there’s some crazy things happening in here that you don’t know about. I said OK why do you have to yell at me I didn’t yell at you. She was talking so crazy that I decided just to leave and eat somewhere else these people are crazy. And the inspection Report is still not updated. Leaving the job I noticed no one is having lunch there and I know why.

I visit this location very often. Customer service is always pleasant, diner is always clean, atmosphere is always positive. There's never a long wait and food is always fresh. Friendly staff, great location. I honestly had to give them their flowers this morning because I've always had a pleasant experience here.

Ive tried this location which is a prime location I don't know what's going for like 4 plus weeks no coffee in the mornings because the don't have a machine. How hard is it to purchase a coffee machine!! They continue to serve terrible not up to Hardee's standards breakfast. I had to return my meals they should have never should have served me in the first place. It is ridiculous with a General Manager in the place is unacceptable!!! The last time i orders a breakfast the biscuit was so hard and the hash browns where greasy!!! Beautiful building but the the worst service i ever experience for breakfast.. Not sure what happen they used to be better before!!

Run from this place. It should be CLOSED. 3 piece chicken tenders was 2. didn’t order the half filled fries or the water in a large cup. Didn’t get my chocolate milk or the apple pie. Was told they are out of pies and no chicken tenders but finally given 2 tenders. No milk?? No pies?? Just 2 tenders?? That’s not even an option!!I should have known when no cars were present at this locationDONT order online and check what they give you

I went at 9:35pm apparently the workers run it how they want to. I went through the drive-thru and asked for the chicken sandwich combo.( The young lady said it's gone take 5 minutes) I said okay! ( She then said you gone wait 5 minutes for a sandwich) I said yes( She then said well then we gotta hear the grease and drop it) I said ok that's normal in food and restaurant industry.but since it seems to be an issue nevermind. They lost a first time customer and chance for a great review as I visit a few spots in Tucker to share. I left went across the street got everything I ask for which how it should've been at Hardee's. My question is why do people apply for jobs to get paid but cheat companies out of good service which helps build clientele?

Person taking the order sounded highly inconvenienced by my presence. Didn’t confirm my order with me. I ordered a burger and ended up getting some kind of chicken strips that were mangled and shaped in a way that made me wonder if it was chicken in the first place. I usually don’t give bad reviews but I’m not going to be coming back here.

I went through the drive thru - the ONLY one in line. When I got my order, hashbrowns were missing. Then I had to pull up and wait for the other one. Then when I got home, I found out I was given an egg/cheese biscuit and not a chicken biscuit. I felt like the staff deliberately gave me the wrong items to get me through the drive-thru and made no effort to make sure I got everything I paid for. I spent $20!!! for a couple of egg biscuits and one hash brown. I was cordial and professional, but I felt grifted..robbed, and insulted. I refused the coupon because I have no desire to go back and experience that again. Fast food is simple, not rocket science. And I only ask to be treated like I treat people..with respect. The experience proved to me they didn't give a d*mn about me and had no desire to give me proper customer service. And for that, I have no reason to return to that location. Not even for free food.
