I have been craving Jimmy John's and finally got it this weekend. The beach club is my go to on sliced wheat. Can u imagine my disappointment when I got it and the dang turkey was frozen. Edwin was so nice at the register and apologized, he stated the frig freezes stuff and the manager is aware. Well whoever the manager is you need to get it fixed because frozen meat is unacceptable. And the young black kid (didn't get his name) who made the damn sandwich should have said something instead he was talking on his phone (with his wireless ear pods) and just made it like it was okay. But I thank Edwin for checking the other meats and making something different. JJ do better because this was not a good look.

Upon arrival I was informed it would be a 10 minute wait for bread. One male employee was in the corner playing a video game on his phone, the other male was in the dining area relaxing and the female employee was seen in the back of the kitchen vaping (smoking) after taking bread out the oven. The employee that was on his phone in the corner got up to make sandwiches but also put his phone down on the counter area where the sandwiches are made. I left the store without purchasing. This location needs to shut down or have a change in ownership. Often times employees are seen outside the business talking and/or smoking. I have visited this location 3 times and only bought a sandwich once. This location is by far the worst Jimmy John's I have ever visited.

As a neighbor of 5 years I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Today is the last time I order from here.I placed a pick up one hour ago. When I arrived the employee didn’t seem to be expecting an online order and went and found my order among a pile of receipts. Then came and blankly told me they are out of bread and would be another 40 mins. I asked were they out of bread an hour ago when I placed it? Could you have called me? The employee just mild-shrugged and said that he had just got in.Seriously, just any type of customer service expression would have been nice, like “hey, we apologize for the delay, or for not calling you, or for not having bread”, instead it was just matter of fact “this is what’s up” kind of talk. I simply asked for a refund and I’m out.Prior to this I’ve had three delivery orders in the last two years and they have all taken 90+mins and follow up calls from me.Just not a place I consider reliable after several attempts, which is a shame because the sandwiches are good, but whoever owns this franchise needs to know you’re competing with a lot of easy alternatives here nowadays and customer service matters.

I want to come and give this staff their flowers. I came in to the store a few moments before closing. I was pushing it but my taste buds wanted Jimmy John's. As I entered, I noticed staff cleaning up and I said, "Hey everyone, did I miss y'all? Are you closed?? If you're closed I'll just go. I'm sorry." The young lady was very friendly and said, "You're fine. Your sandwich is on the house since we have already shut down the register for the the night. I was shocked, I'm like "really?" The whole staff replies, "Yes" one staff continues, "you were so polite when you came in and I hate for you to travel all this way for nothing. We still have some of the food out so what can I get you?? "I'll takethe Turkey Tom please." As she prepared my sandwich, she loaded the toppings on. As she did, we talked and I asked her what they did with all the bread at the end of the night. As I run a nonprofit feeding the homeless, I felt maybe I could partner and get bread for my org. She stated that they throw it away at the end of the night per policy.??? She explained maybe I could write a letter to corporate asking for donations of bread that would be thrown away. As I finished the conversation, other people had filed in while they were closing. They also accommodated them as well and were still super friendly. My sandwich was delicious, the service was awesome and this was my first visit to this location. . I am not sure if others commenting went at a busy time, but my experience was for the books. First time and this is now my favorite Jimmy John's. Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of life we forget that there are other people that we interact with that deserve our grace. Working in a fast paced restaurant causes anxiety and that can lead to an attitude or mistakes Just be nice. You get more flies with honey than with vinegar. Thanks.

When you order a sandwich and pay $15 for it, at bare minimum you expect for your order to be correct. I hd been craving jimmy John's .. This was my 3rd time in a row that I wasn't listened to and my sandwich was an awful soggy mess . I say no Mayo, they put extra Mayo . I say extra lettuce , they barely put any . I understand food service is not the most fun or best paid job, but at least try to do it well. I won't be back here . If zero stars were an option , I'd choose that

Do NOT order from this location!!Ordered via DoorDash and the estimated wait time was 20 minutes. After waiting about 50 minutes, I called in to check up because I know how busy work can get in the restaurant industry; the phone was answered by a monotone employee, and after I asked politely to check up on my order, he proceeded to cut me off midsentence saying "The driver just left" and hung up on me.The order arrived 30 minutes later so in total I waited nearly an hour and a half. The silver lining is that the driver was polite and unproblematic, however the wait was unpleasant and the initial phone call to the restaurant was unprofessional.

Terrible terrible terrible. After placing an order for my kid's entire team online, prepaying $130 for it, calling before I came to be sure it was ready and was told yes, to then get there and they had no idea what I was talking about. Then they were super rude about it. Never ever ever will I order a thing from this company and more importantly, I'll be sure that both of our schools remove them from all the sports catering. This was not okay. It's one thing to make a mistake-it's another to be so rude about it and act like i'm some 5 year old that doesn't know what I was talking about even thought I had the emails that I showed them with order confirmations.Sorry your employees have to suck so bad. if that was my business I would fire every single one of them.

This place was falling apart. Soda fountain was down, bathroom faucet was destroyed. Staff seemed a little bummed out.

Probably the absolutely slowest Jimmy John's and worst customer service. Every time I online it takes 20 minutes after the suggested pickup time. No matter what time of the day. And then dude that's making the sandwiches is carrying on a conversation with another customer, not making anything.

So this is my 2nd review of a jimmy John's location. (I like the sandwich when it's right) let me say this... they were swamped however, management should know you need more than 2 workers during lunch. Not the issue. I guess I shouldn't have asked for my sandwich although he was skipping orders. Because I paid $12 for 1 piece of meat and cheese on bread. Not only that your customers can hear you when you talking about them. So to answer the question. No the customers don't want you to grow an extra arm. We just expect you to work while at work and we want to get back to WORK!
