A traditional favorite for over 30 years. However, a visit this past weekend was only warm! The sizzling rice soup, a favorite, didn't sizzle and was warm. The shrimp egg rolls were not steamy and only warm. The deadpan server lacked anything but warmth, and seemed bored. A luck warm review, overall. Too bad given this place previously has been consistently warm!

Changed over the last year, if not sooner in which I was here for my birthday in October. Would be a 4 star rating at-least however food is just not the same anymore. Quality has gone down drastically overall. Service felt rushed and mediocre environment now.

Place an order to have delivered from the lunch menu. When the food was delivered, the cost was almost 3x what was on the lunch menu. Told the driver that the bill was incorrect. The driver called Lucky Key & Fuji Ya. The women that answered the call would not let me talk. She just kept telling me that was the price. I told her when I called to place the order it was from the lunch menu from their website. She then proceeds to tell me that the information on their site is incorrect. Are you kidding me. I will never oder from that restaurant again. That was suppose to be my lunch and now I'm very hungry. I'm angry

This review is for Lucky Key Side. No complaints on the Fugi Ya side yet where I usually order my shrimp tempura and hibachi /Japanese veggie fried rice (which is always good)I Always loved this Chinese side for my traditional order of egg fu Yung and spring rolls BUT tonight we picked it up and the gravy was thin and dark (saltier) like someone got carried away with the soy sauce (and it had the viscosity of soy sauce ) so there was NO gravy like they used to and should make. It was disappointing. Also the texture of the egg fu Yung was messed up. Some areas were all egg and too dense to stomach in a bite while other areas of the 2 patties (which used to be 3) had way too many veggies in one spot that it barely held together. A 5th grader could have made this better from an online recipe.inside the spring rolls (which were mostly outside crust with no filling on the ends making up a large % of the roll) where it did have filling it was mushyso I don’t think I’ll be getting egg fu yung here anymore. I may be hesitant to go back for anything here for a long while since someone on the cook line or no one is being quality control monitored. It was sloppy. Our hard earned money and years of loyalty deserves at least a better effort. . this was a mess like fast food by an American restaurant claiming to be Chinese. No thanks and bye bye Lucky Key We had a good run. . Sorry it ended.

I came to this establishment for a holiday lunch with my team. It took incredibly long to get my order. My teriyaki chicken was over cooked. The tempura vegetables were doughy, not crisp. The soup was the one highlight.

So this place charges extra 3.95 for fried rice. Plain rice was included. My steak was tough. Chicken was dry and tough. I've had alot better. Can't say I'd recommend or come back. Our Server was great. Very friendly and professional.

I have been a customer for 12 years. My friends used to meet on Dollar Sushi night, but we No longer do. One by one, they refused, no more. I iss embarrassing. I ordered a seafood noodle soup I had a couple of dozen times before. It used to be with thick broth. No more. I got a chicken noodle soup instead. Campbell soup I recall had more flavor! I brought this out to the server. The server brought over pepper sauce. Really? And a complaint did not produce an ear by the management. They blamed the new kitchen and asked the waiter to pay for it. I watched a sushi chef use Cellophane to wrap the roll and CUT it into pieces with it on. Imagine your sushi with Cellophane on it. Have you ever had Sushi with a hint of plastic? McDonalds made a decision not to serve sushi role. Are they? We expect some authenticity when visiting an ethnic restaurant. Perhaps employees and management are taking shortcuts, which begs the question of unimaginable, what else shortcuts are being utilized, and unmanaged. Management is not willing to role up their sleeves to train new chefs nor solve problems. I am not going to train their employees on: cooking, menu identification, service, and cleanliness. Nor should customers pay for outdated and unkept facilities, unmanaged staff, disconnected owners, and with your hard earned money. My bill was $60. I am not returning. I have no faith in their future remediation. I thought by now, they would learn, improve, and shine. No, but "no speak english good", where their Asian children excel, facilities remain as they have opened 20 years ago (unmaintained), and "unclean", far from shine. (BTW, bathroom was out of soap and towel, which I saw staff were utilizing... meaning they were aware of the situation, but with no action) While when challenged with a question (which I know they understand since the waiter and the management recognize me and speaks English... they pretend to NOT understand engrish. Its time to learn some good management practices. And with it, I do not have confidence of my safety there. With these situation including a shameful bathroom which is used by the staff. It will be a health risk if not now .... Years ago, they were the only Asian Restaurant in the area. No more. Make better choices, Be safe.
