They cross-contaminated my order and the one behind me. Put the wrong entree on my plate, then scraped it off and back into the warmer, taking some rice and sauce and leaving behind another sauce that I didn't want. They gave the same food they took from my plate to the person behind me.

This review is only for take out, as I prefer to take my food home most of the time.So the food is actually really good, I've ordered from here about 10 times (online) and I only got a side wrong once; other than that the food has been consistently hot, savory, and has great portions.Please be kind to the workers. Some of you act like you're entitled to everything. Go to the zoo if you want to act like an animal lol.

Reasonable Asian cuisine fast food spot. Nothing too fancy but gets the job done. Serving sizes are good, will satisfy your hunger. They do have a couple of fancy selections from shrimp to steak dishes. Give them a try!

Long wait time. They took my order made half of my food . Sat it aside to wait for the rest of my order due to it not being ready. Half of my food was cold while waiting. Smh . Will not return. Poor service for the amount of money I'm spending here.

Was sent by a friend to get food for them, otherwise I wouldn't have gone here. I refuse to leave a 1 star since it's not their fault. I waited in line, ordered, and when I went to pay and was unable. Card only. Had plenty of cash on me at the time. I just have all my cards blocked. I know, the world is going cashless. Food and everything else looked great,Parking: No drive through.

I just left this location and I’m totally pissed at the attitudes and service that I just received. I came in and ordered the Bigger Plate like I usually do at various locations all over Atlanta. One of my entrees was the new Firecracker shrimp. The Indian guy making the plate who identified himself as Lockman pick out six small shrimp then added a small portion of veggies. I asked him why was he doing that rather than me getting the scoop that I was paying for plus the additional up charge of $1.50 for the Firecracker shrimp.He tried arguing me down stating that was how it’s done and I told him no it is not because this was the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I want my money’s worth.He refused then went and stood by another worker in the kitchen and made faces and smirking at me. I told them that this must be a location specific rule and that I would be calling corporate tomorrow to complain! I do not recommend this location.

Today is 01/23/2024, 12:44pm. The asain gir serving the foodl has a very nasty attitude with absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I asked for the teriyaki chicken but wanted the peice that looked a little more cooked than the rest. The peice was litteraly right under the one she gave me. She basically refused to give it to me and was very nasty about it. She slopped the chicken that she wanted me to have onto my plate with that nasty attitude that she has. I will NEVER EVER go back to this location and will definitely let my coworkers know about the poor service and to not come here also.
