I ordered 2 flounder sandwiches at the drive-up at 6:51pm. I paid for 2 flounder sandwiches at 6:54pm. At 6:58 they asked me to pull around. At 7:21 I went inside at got a refund. No apology from the manager, just handed my card back with the receipts, turned and walked away.

I pull up and walk towards the door to go inside and the yound lady tells me the lobby is closed. It's not even 8:30 but ok. Go through the drive-through and see the sign in the window that says the lobby closes at 10pm. Whats going on here????

They never get the order right, no matter how you order, whether Uber eats , Popeyes app,, I had to wait in drive through line for 20 minutes for my mobile order just be told that I will have to wait by the double door and they will bring it out, which they never did, after waiting for another 10 minutes in the car, I had to go in and ask them, and they were clueless, I had to show it in the app, then they started preparing my order, so went home opened my box, as usual the order was wrong as usual. I rarely go to this place because of their bad service. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Stop serving cold chicken! People work hard for they money! Got 2 dinners after work get home 10mins later! And I can’t even chew my chicken or nuggets!!! And can’t get anybody on the phone!!!!!!
