Great experience. Stopped on a whim and noticed when approaching they had closed 15mins earlier at 9pm. The nice lady saw us and opened the door to ask if we wanted wings which we did. We said no it's ok but she insisted. Fabulous wings and super nice folks. They had a nice little sign which they clearly took seriously about being a good person.

***0 STARS*** READ BEFORE ORDERINGFirst and foremost, when ordering takeout, you are given a price. When you arrive, you are given a different price when the prices are covered on the menu. I went there several times and was charged different prices each time. Food was served cold in a container, not freshly cooked, and wings were warm and crispy from sitting out since the previous day. As I request that food be repaired or changed. I was told to microwave the fried rice. If I wanted fries instead of rice, there would be an additional charge. One customer intervened and stated that rice costs more than fries, so you are still charging instead of fixing. When they refund you, they appear perplexed. While I waited, the front desk clerk attempted to tell me about how the manager made a mistake. He comes out and brushes me off, telling me to leave, yelling at his employee, and aggressively pulling the older lady to the back as she tries to apologize to me. My cousin was making her drink when she noticed ants coming out of the machine. Please close this bogus American Deli!

Really great place. I am normally not a huge fan of crinkle fries but they do their crinkle fries just right. The food is always really great and they have excellent service.

I’m not sure why so many bad reviews. The wings are delicious and the man who works the register is always kind. They have prices you can’t beat! My go to is the hot honey wings.. my kids love the lemon pepper.

So I ordered through Door Dash and called them because there was something I couldn’t specify on the app about my order but could call them and let them know like I’ve done before. The lady picks up the phone and stated they weren’t taking anymore orders, as I’m looking at the app state they’re preparing my order so I ask her is she sure , she says yes and hangs up the phone. My order was picked up and delivered to my house…. but it was not to my liking so I paid for food and didn’t actually get what I wanted because of horrible customer service . Thanks American Deli

Service not good they cook everything in the same grease you taste the difference in it not social friendly. Their wings are so small. They probably killed them off of baby chickens so mean look where they get the wings from these little baby chickens. I will stop tote posting pictures of their wings at other places, wings and drumsticks does a berry poured operating company that is being investigated but you know how the law is you pay them off? They don’t do nothing about it.
I just ordered a 6 piece honey garlic + garlic Parmesan mix flavor and it’s so good!! Thanks again for getting the flavor perfect ?

Been many times for lunch and consistently OK. Tried everything on the menu and nothing is really great but it's an alternative for lunch. Hispanic crew cooks fresh to order but ingredients are lower quality. They give you a mountain of crinkle fries. So for under $10 these days it's solid.

They changed their prices by a lot and haven't posted the new prices yet. If you take time to change your prices, please post them...customer service was nice so I didn't mind so much paying the higher price, but can't afford to do it all the

I’ve ordered wings from here twice and they are never hot. It’s like they re-warmed already made wings by putting them back in the grease. My lemon pepper wings were sweet, yuck. This place is not like other American deli, they are definitely cutting corners. I would not recommend this terrible place

This place has some of the BEST WINGSSSS IN ATL. I swear to god! I have tried so many places and this place never fails. The employees don’t speak very good English, so be polite and take your time when ordering. Wings are always so hot, crispy, fresh, and wet? they also always open up orders in front of you to show you before you leave to ensure it’s correct. I will always come here for my wing fix now!
