Best domino's in my area. Makes the one in downtown Dalton look really bad. The manager of that location really should take a day and watch this team do their thing.

Lazy and dont want to do the order because its 11:10 there open till 12 this is insane that they want paid until 12 but want to stop at 11:10. I always tip well and the order is never that hard called up there xavier if that is his name was rude could not give a reason said that could not do delivery we said we will come get then it went to oh we can not do any orders. Tonight asked who was the owner he refused etc wont order here again!

Asked for extra sauce on my pizza multiple times they never could do that and I’d always have to buy marinara packs to put on my dry pizzasToday was last straw I ordered over phone with no discounts when I got my pizza it had no sauce they would not refund or replace said best could do was offer 1 free marina saucePlace has went DOWNHILL. Won’t be backSucks as they used to be really good

We have been ordering for 18years from Tunnel Hill location and has never been disappointed. Today we ordered and paid for a medium with everything and only got 5 toppings. Hopefully our review will help them do better. Pay more attention to order’s employees.

It takes entirely too long to get your food(45 minutes plus). The workers who are marking your order as complete on the pizza tracker are lying. More than three times now I have walked into the store when the tracker notified me my order was complete(after waiting 40 minutes) and the workers tell me that it will be 10 more minutes for my order. They should not mark the pizza tracker as complete if the order is not ready. I am done ordering at this location. Absolutely ridiculous and dishonest.

I've ordered from here for years approximately once or twice a week for my home and business and I've never had any issues or complained, but after my experience last week I won't order from here anymore. We ordered dinner one weeknight and the entire thing was a mess. It took over two hours to get it delivered, I was told twice after calling that they were headed out the door with it as we spoke, one of the eventual pizza boxes was crushed on the corner, and the food was cold by the time we got it. But, these things happen from time to time and I understand that.The real issue I have is the response. After complaining, I was contacted and told to call the store to arrange for a credit on the next meal for the same amount. I spoke to the manager on duty that day (nice guy) and he told me that would include delivery and tax... basically making me whole for my entire expense from the rotten order. All I had to do was give them my name and phone number. I accepted this offer and had no problem with it. It was fair.I called back the next evening to order dinner using the credit and was told immediately that the best they could offer me was 30% off my order. I explained the situation and that our order was supposed to be credited this time and was told, once again, that all they could offer was 30% off my order. The person on the phone checked with the manager, supposedly named Xavier, and he said he didn't care what I was offered by anyone else and that 30% off was the only thing he would offer. I asked who the manager was that I'd spoken to the day before--they claimed they didn't know and had no way to know, which is of course a lie.Awful customer service. Awful management, or at least this manager was awful. Sad to see a place that I've had such a good experience with over the years conduct business this way.
