I bought a pizza with buffalo wings a a desert. I didn’t get the pizza, called to let them know, they didn’t send me a pizza, I called again and they said I had to buy a new pizza, called a third time and they hung up on me.

Haven’t had PapaJohns in about 2 years since I’ve been out of Country. Came home to visit and the first thing I wanted was papajohns. They didn’t disappoint. Used to order from here a lot when I lived in PTC. The Tyrone store seemed to be better imo and it’s the closest to my address for delivery. Anyway.I forget that PapaJohns isn’t stingy in the cheese like Dominos and Pizza Hut so I ordered extra cheese for one of them. I’m a big cheese lover. Pizzas were nice and Warm. Although it did seem like the jalapeños weren’t baked into the pizza but thrown on the pizza after the fact. However, I just really wanted this pizza before I leave back out of the U.S. delivery driver was a really nice lady. I was shocked that they no longer bring the receipts to sign for credit cards. Thought I’d add my tip after delivery but thankfully has cash. Even when the driver thought I wasn’t able to tip, she was super nice about it telling me that it wasn’t a problem. Great service. Great nostalgia.Thank yoooou

I ordered delivery last night of a large spinach & feta stuffed crust pizza, 8 wings, & brownies.The pizza was undercooked, and I specifically ordered 8 wings drums only and got half flats, which were overcooked. I also specifically ordered and paid extra for two extra sides of peppercinis, which I did not receive, & only got 1 with my pizza. There was a $4 delivery fee added to my order, and I also gave the driver a $5 cash tip. The girl that took my phone order was very polite, and also confirmed my order twice before submitting, which is why I am writing this bad experience review, for the blatant incompetence of failing to complete such a simple order. I will never order delivery from this store again.

Great phone ordering. Friendly and helpful. Food arrived on time per the live tracking. Tasted great. I got a flat large pepperoni, small gluten free chicken pie and bites. All cooked well. Totally recommend.

I had a bad experience picking up my online order. No greeting, waited for 5 minutes. One employee said someone would be there soon while the other employee just ate in the back. All this happened while I saw my order sitting on the shelf. I finally just went and got it myself. The food is good but the customers service could be way better.

Ordered pizza around 6:30pm. It’s 9pm and still no sign of food from which I’ve already paid for. I understand being busy and or short staffed but a phone call with some type of an eta would be appreciated? When I order it said 30-40 minutes. If the store can not make that happen they should reach out to their loyal customers and give them an opportunity to order elsewhere. I’ve called several times to be put on hold and still don’t even know if they made the order or if and when I will get it? Should I keep calling?should I cross my fingers?just curious to what exactly customers should do when the they can’t get a response from the restaurant they orders from?

I ordered a pizza with no contact delivery yesterday. I had to literally get out the shower when the driver arrived because he was knocking on my door. I asked him to leave the pizza there (NO CONTACT). Then I wake up today, check my bank statement as I do every morning, and see that he gave himself a $5 tip!
