Very typical Jamaican spot. Food is OK but the service is horrible. You can tell from their responses to the comment section, that they are never wrong. They are pretty rude at times, especially over the phone. The food is OK. I know it's called Jerk Palace, but the jerk chicken is the last thing u wanna order from them. Quite often the jerk chicken is bland and dry like it was leftovers from the day before.
I had the BEST Jerk chicken salad at this place. Unfortunately every time I have called back trying to order it again they say they don't have lettuce. The chicken is so good I called today to see if they will just sell me the chicken by itself and I will make my own salad and they said "no that's against the rules"This place doesn't care about pleasing the customer nor making any money. I won't be trying anymore.

Stopped in this little spot for a quick lunch when traveling for business. We were greeted by the sweetest, most welcoming woman with her kind words and big smile.I had the jerk chicken meal with rice and peas.
