This was my first visit to a KFC restaurant. I had never been here before, and my first experience was at the KFC located in this place where I am writing this review now. Of course, I placed my order through the KFC app without approaching the counter. The estimated wait time was 5 minutes, but as usual, I arrived to pick it up and waited another 5 minutes. Came through drive thru. Ordered a family 16 mix,, added a wrap . Got to the window was told it was a wait on chicken . Asked for a cup of ice only .. was told the ice cup was same price as a drink.. the prices are what they are . But considering I was the only one in Drive thru Maybe 3 parked cars , I would like to think I could get some ice while I wait .. like come on now .

4/4/24 7pm no receipt Fire everybody on the staff tonight. They gave me an attitude all because they didn’t have the chicken wings that I ordered and paid for. They gave me two greasy thighs and some girl in there was very rude She acted like she hated her job and hated me It’s not the KFC I know . God forbid I ever have to go back there again. Damn it.
