Decided to stop and grab a bite to eat on the way home. Had to wait a while before someone seated us. The waitress was awesome, great person and very friendly. Food was good but the cost once I got my bill was a total surprise, 36.16 for a burger w/ fries (got season fries which I didn't order) and a ham and cheese omelet, w/ 2 coffees. Glad there was just 2 of us. The syrup located on the table did have ants which we didn't notice until poured over the pancakes that came with the omelet. At least we got a sorry out of it, no discount or a replacement was offered. First and last time, I can pay same price for an all you can eat buffet.

Had to get a menu and disnt say I'll be right back or anything. These younger generations have no clue about hospitality, respect or life!!!! What happens to standards!!!

If the floors are sticky and doors are sticky, then your drawers are sticky. ?I got the worst case of food poisoning after eating the food here. Much better off eating pizza slices at the truck stop next door than at this IHOP. Plus you don't have to wait 35 minutes for something you ordered online when it should have been ready when you showed up at the counter and it's not as dirty.Staphylococcus auerus. ???

This place is always highly staffed but seems that they are never helpful. I come here at least twice a week to at least two people working behind the registers yet no one’s ringing up people. The fast lane is for people who want to use it. Its not to be used by force. If you ask for a product they will simply say they dont have it even tho it more they just dont want to get it. I always feel like Im interrupting their private conversation by asking for assistance. If this wasnt the only Flying J/ pilot in between Athens Id keep driving.

While the food was good, it shouldn't have cost almost $50.00. This is probably because of being in a truck stop. Important to also make sure that someone knows you're wanting service. Other than that, everything else was fine.

I ordered the T-bone with a salad and broccoli and made sure to tell my waitress I did not want any added sugar. Apparently this special request was way too much for her to handle. If I had an extra 20 minutes that meal was going back to the kitchen but my time was short. I endured the sugar and I tipped appropriately. Her tip was a nice round number, the roundest of numbers.0

Very pleased with the outstanding service from Whitney she followed her training on situation but as pointed out on menu . she was oh checked with management and honored my request. And she listened to me as if me a trucker mattered and made her day better. Thank you for service you do Whitney if wasn't good waitress serving us drivers some drivers would find it hard to eat on road we need you as much you need us so team work. From all of us makes america move. And that was some best salmon rice and broccoli I've ever had. Temperature of the rice broccoli had cooled but still quite tastefull tender. Garlic butter be better on veggies . and every one they got some the best strawberry lemonade. Hope u remember the trucking food reviewer. Have bless day I'll make point to visit this truck stop again. Tho under remodeling ihop is first rate and the truck stop food decent . but marked a 4 as there is always room for betterment but if I could rate this waitress alone it be 6 stars .Vegetarian options: Yes vegetarian sausage at IHOPKid-friendliness: Good music kids meal and couple TVs and gather coloring papers upon requesrParking: Car parking in front big rig parking in back

Extremely bad. Lazy employees and the food will take for ever to arrive to your table even if the restaurant is empty. I’m not even going to talk about the waiting time to be seated. All the restaurant employees are behind the kitchen talking between then or talking on the phone.
The mgr was cooking, and I got a b..l.t. and a side salad. This is the lettuce from the sandwich. The salad was mostly heart / white w/ brown wilt all over it! When I spoke to the mgr/ cook, she was dismissive said oh that's brown, not black rotting lettuce & charged me full price! I'm not looking for a free meal, but seriously!! Within 1.5 hrs, I was having stomach problems. I contacted corporate and tomorrow I will be contacting the health department!! Be better people!

When we walked inside it was a girl (KEIASIA) that had a real bad attitude (picture shown) and she walked away for 5 minutes and came back to seat us and she over all had a real bad attitude but towards the end of our meal she tried to be nice to us but I only feel like she did it just for a tip which she didn't get.. all my food was cold and my order was wrong which was my bacon and blueberry pancakes ? and due to it being wrong she made me feel uncomfortable to ask for my order to be fixed so I just dealt with it...my bf also ordered a ham omelet and it cane with turkey and he also didn't feel comfortable with getting his correct order so he dealt with it as well....this place is horrible due to the workers....she is really bad for business and should be fired . Also she asked us what we wanted to drink and she gave us the drinks but out of the whole time we was there she did not come to our table to ask us if we wanted anything to drink and when she asked us are we ready for our bill then she asked us did we want a 2nd drink smh

Truck driver here. Truck stop is under construction. No ice, no showers but IHOP is open. Food was lukewarm. Staff didn't check on me for a single refill. Cashier was my waitress and walked away before I could finish filling out my card receipt with a tip. I put a tip on there but after waiting a while, I zeroed it out for no tip. I yelled thank you to the back. No reply. No cares. Do better for your drivers IHOP.

The worst I hop experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant. I was told it was a 45 minute wait at the restaurant and I was OK with it because I’m a truck driver and I’m spending the night here within about 35 minutes I asked one of the servers how much more longer until my food was ready, and she completely blew up in my face. She was very rude disrespectful and made a big scene in front of the whole restaurant. All I wanted how to know was how much more longer until my food was going to be. Then she started yelling and caused a really big scene and was very disrespectful to me. I’m sorry but no one like that should be working with people if you cannot handle simple questions don’t come to this place you’ll be very disappointed

The only thing she said to gentleman in front of us was "dine in or take out"! No smile or eye contact!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We turned around and walked out!!!
