This was the best restaurant experience I’ve had in years. We came in from a long day of fun at wild adventures with 6 kids and just wanted a good meal and quick service. Our waitress Michelle was hands down the best waitress to our group. She was quick, nailed every order, and kept our drinks filled. Her personality was golden! Apple bees is lucky to have Michelle as part of their team! ❤️

This was our first time visiting this location I'm Valdosta and Kia was so kind. From the time we entered the restaurant we was greeted, asked where would we like to sit, gave menus, drinks the works!!!! And all of this was done with a smile. Kia was very pleasant and the manager was very kind as well. We will definitely come back very soon. All over it's 5 stars. We was very pleased with the service. I filed out the restaurant so I will recieve $10 off of a $40 order next visit. Please give Kia a raise ?Parking: Great parking spots. Clean parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly

Ordered curbside while on the road. Stopped at curbside door and went inside after worker unlocked door. She did not say a word to us. No one else was around to talk to, and waited for 10 minutes for the worker to come out of the back. Then she asked if we needed anything..... when we came in the curbside door.Food was not cooked properly. Cheeseburgers were extremely greasy. Wings were smothered in BBQ sauce. Mashed potatoes were cold.I did not read reviews first, my mistake.

I will never order a meal from Applebees again. Our appetizer of waffle fries was $9 for a small order of waffle fries and our entrees were small and tasteless as well. The only good thing was that the food was hot but I didn’t know I had to be drunk to enjoy the food.

Our group was celebrating a family event, and our group ordered a variety of menu items. At least half were appetizer items that would be eaten as meals. Unfortunately, two significant meal items were received overdone. The waitress provided good service even though they were at least half full.

Short staffed due to bad management. Never got a refill fill, never seen our waiter but once. They explained they were short staffed but seen several waiters just standing around. Food was ok. Didn't get what I ordered but was just glad to get anything at that point. Never got the appetizers, never got my side dish, never got a refill.Cant blame everything on covid. Won't be back anytime soon. I.m no Karen but thos was the worse visit ever. Was March 7th or so.

This is usually my favorite Applebee’s in Valdosta. However, the customer service tonight when my friend and I came in was terrible. We walked in and weren’t greeted or acknowledged at all. The restaurant was full so we do realize that they were busy so we let it go and sat and waited for about 10 minutes. But after seeing multiple staff members walk by us without saying a word we decided to leave.
