Ordered at drive through. When we arrived home I was missing my daughter’s sliders. When I drove back home I noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich so I drove back to get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager (older white unhappy looking lady) she never apologized and told me to throw away the bag on my way out. I will NEVER buy anything from this Ghetto Arbys again!

2/9/24 stopped in for lunch and had the 2 for $6 mix and match. Not a bad deal at all. They hve a new item the Mac and cheese fried balls. Their was 4 balls in the order. The crispy fish sandwich was pretty good.

I really enjoy eating here I tried the new good burger meal and it was great the employee made sure she explained about how u could get ur meat cooked and I fell in love with the mac/cheese bites ? the staff was so friendly and talked to me .service was great and fast ,the store was clean and smelled great .

Food was good and as expected for Arby's. Service was non-exisrent. Employees could not have cared less whether we placed an order or got what we ordered. The first employee just walked around, apparently daydreaming, and ignored us until a second employee had to stop what she was doing and take our order. Tables were dirty, and chairs were full of crmbs as well. Next time I'll go to Wendy's.
