Slowest place on earth. 63 minutes on a kids takeout. Staff moves at a snail's pace. The place could be a bit cleaner. That's about it. Nobody cares what is going on at all. I guess I should have gotten a happy meal down the street.

This is another place that has gradually gone downhill. This used to be our go to bar to watch sports, get good food and a good drink or three. ? I only ordered online Togo, but while waiting and watching there were people waiting but a lot of empty tables. I don't know if they were understaffed or what. The wings were good though.

Service is horrible. They want you to place order on phone instead of a waiter. If I have to do all that work then shouldnt I get the tip? Or pay a discounted price? Surprised I did not have to cook the food. Service so bad I watch people wait and wait and wait then got up and left. Due to ordering online drink After placing my order I waited for over 40 mins for food to come out. They brought out someone else's order. There was over 10 tables just waiting to be cleaned for over 40 mins. Then I put an order to go. They brought it out not to go. Food was good. Nice and hot. Waitress was really nice.

Waited over a half hour for my beer (coors) beer of the month keg was tapped so slow poor and waited over an hour for wings ended up cancelling the order. Came on a Thursday at 9pm March madness. Unfortunately won’t come again because of how slow everything was.

The food was good, but instead of getting a buffalo chicken and ranch sandwich i got a wrap. Not sure if it was miscommunication between the servers and cooks or whatParking: Parking lot is connected to valdosta mall so you have to go around the mall parking in back to exit

Walked in gave name to be seated they said 15 min wait. Several other people were waiting also. So I went to bathroom which it was nasty. I noticed 3 people at bar and one other table seated. All tables on left were full of dishes glasses where people had ate. So I don’t know what was going on with the workers but we a party of 5 left. March 9, 2024 @ 220 pm

The waitress I had didn’t have sense of urgency… not excited to be there had a nonchalant attitude… if you all want better tips start being a little more concern for your customers…. The appetizer was cool… gave my niece adult hamburger instead of kids burger… onion rings were not hot and wings were undercooked. Just a bad experience all around… My waitress was a young lady who is in a black sorority and has a sister who works there also… I forgot her name…. We came in 2 Fridays ago Feb 23.. around 5 pm… it wasn’t even that busy… please don’t get her… she doesn’t care

My wife and I decided to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated at 7:30, and after 15 minutes of watching every server there walk past us without saying a word to us, and watching other diners take their empty drink glasses to the servers to get refilled, we left. We'll probably never go back.
Only thing that would make this place better is if I could order BeatBoxes to drink!!! Rumor I heard is out west in Cali you can hopefully if true Valdosta BW3 gets them on the menu!

I sat at the bar during lunch. Bartender could've been a lil more outgoing and talkative. The boneless wings aren't the greatest, a lil dry, but u can't beat those flavors! I always get the wings "extra wet". Celery was terrible, old, and not crisp. A lil disappointing because it was visibly noticeable, so to think someone served it is pretty bad.
