GENIYAH ❤️Jasmine ❤️Larry ❤️The WHOLE 3 of you that are keeping this place open and running…YOU ROCK!!! Idc what these other reviews are saying. They aren’t seeing the BIGGER PICTURE. Nobody is working anywhere, wait times for food/service are going to be longer…but these 3 employees, THEY GET IT DONE!! And these 3 employees don’t give bad attitudes or negativity when they receive it, they let it roll off their backs. All 3 of these employees are WHY the Ashley street location is even still operating. Over the last year I have visited 3 times and every time I went ALL THREE of these employees were working, no more and no less. This group works well together, give them whatever they need to stay put bc finding positive workers who put good into the world is so hard to find! And the next time you are there, show some grace, practice patience…& reassure them they are doing a great job!!!

I ordered a 1 whopper at lunch time via drive through line. No one else in line. Had to park and wait for the food for 17 minutes. One employee is working, others just hanging with friends. The sole employee had to come out to the car twice to ask what I ordered.

Not sure which Burger King we ordered from but it’s really sad that not only did we NOT get any of the sauces we asked for (both of us having a 16 p nugget) we also didn’t get straws for our drinks? That’s like one of the most important things. I had a Diet Coke and my husband had a regular coke but of course there was no clear sign of which one was which. I may be a stay at home wife now but I have worked multiple fast food jobs and I can tell you that it is so simple to do your job.

Waited ten minutes in the drive through to order. Paid and came around to wait in the parking lot another ten minutes and food still isn't ready. Frozen drinks are never available. If you're this understaffed you might just need to close.

Even though the food was ‘decent’, the last two times I went there, the manager was absolutely horrible. There’s no way in the world I would’ve ever been able to keep my job if I were anything like her.When there’s absolutely nobody else in line for drive-thru, they always want me to pull around because they’re worried about their time ticker. I’m sorry I’m not worried about their time ticker. At other restaurants, we wait until the food is done. But I’m also very very curious as to why the manager feels like she needs to tap on my car window, take out her phone and record me, and call her district manager, or whoever she wants to call, after being extremely rude and calling me names. I’ve recorded her myself. I’m wondering what f there’s a lawsuit brewing.If Burger King wants to keep someone like that in Management, allowing such behavior to be the norm and tolerated by other coworkers, I feel not only should the manager find her path to the door but also for the place to just shut down.Every time I tell someone about my experience there, they’re like oh yeah, don’t go there.

This location has had bad customer service for a long time, and I knew it so I stopped going. I went thru the drive thru recently thinking that they may be better. Not so! Expect to wait forever, be pulled around to the front for no reason, not be greeted or acknowledged, no hello, thank you, come again nothing and pay top dollar for it all.

Very slow people take your order! The cook was very passed off something about the drive thru. She was talking so people could hear her. 1 other customer came in and heard that lady batching. ? need new staff.

Sat at the drive through speaker for 7 minutes with no acknowledgment that I was even there or to at least to say they would be a moment on the speaker. Backed out and went inside for service to find no one manning the front two registers or the drive through window. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to even come up front or check for customers. No one came up but could hear someone in the back loudly speaking on a phone and saw a guy come back in from taking trash and another lady with a trash bag. But one one ever stepped up front.

The staff was curious,greeted me when I came,took my order promptly and just as promptly on my order of a Rodeo burger off the menu.The dinning area was clean and had the burger king crowns set up throughout the area for children to wear!!
