I rarely eat at this restaurant but last night 4/6/24 my husband &I decided to have dinner there. Nothing wrong w/the server but the meal was disgusting! I ordered a sandwich thinking it was made w/2 slices of bread & not on a roll, I had to cut it in half. After one bite it fell apart & what was supposed to be cooked bacon was so uncooked it was a white almost transparent piece of raw bacon.I showed the waitress & refused the meal asking it be taken off our bill. They followed through & apologized.I doubt I will be frequenting this restaurant again.

Husband and I came to eat first time at the Chili's Grill and Bar in Valdosta on March 6, 2024 during lunchtime. Extremely disappointed in the level of service received by our waitress.After we were seated by the host- waitress came to serve us. She didn't greet us properly. And had an attitude the moment she spoke. Asked us what we wanted to drink. Brought us our drinks along with some chips and salsa. We didn't order any chips and salsa so I asked her why she brought them. Said she just brought them. Wasn't explained that we had to go on the app and sign up for the Chili's Rewards to get the free chips and salsa. Waitress shouldn't assume everyone is signed up, or wants to sign up to add another app to their phone.After we ordered our meals I had to wait awhile for my salad. Thought she forgot about my salad since she was chatting a few tables away to another customer for about 7-8 minutes. Then starred at the back mirror for a couple minutes.Finally, she brought the salad to the table. Waitress seated some customers around us. Greeted them in a friendly manner saying her name is Cathy (Kathy). Never knew her name until we heard it being said to other customers. Cathy, our waitress. The older lady with the blonde hair.We had some issues with the kiosk at the table that we were trying to resolve. When our food arrived couldn't eat much. My burger was good, but unfortunately dealing with the stress from the waitress made me lose my appetite.After another issue with the kiosk it was resolved. A "tip" to me is not automatic! I do tip, and tip well on top of that for exceptional service! If a waiter or waitress is rude then that is going to be reflected in the tip- not much of anything! Was so excited to come into town to this Chili's Grill and Bar with my husband for lunch, and in the end left me feeling like I never want to come back! Issues with the kiosk is beyond the waitress control, but rudeness is not! Do better!

Food was really good for a change. We had not been to Chili's in a couple of years because of how bad it was in the past. Our server had an attitude, Other than that it was good. I will try again and if I get another grumpy server then we won't go back.

Absolutely the worst baby back ribs I ever had. Couldn’t cut them with a knife. The fries were dipped in a salted cold oil bath. Same goes for the asparagus, raw with a ton of salt. We left there hungry, thirsty and will never return.
The food was great. Our server was attentive. My only issues were as follows: our 3 courses, ordered separately to come spaced apart, all came within 30 seconds of each other. Another issue is that little ziosk that doesn't ask for authorization to charge $3.99 per game usage. I did see pricing, but nothing that said pressing play will encur a charge, and it looked like it was a subscription. I assumed we were playing smaller free games.Final issue: we are backing up our food, and our server asks if we would like some free nachos to go.If you're going to put a charge for something, let us have the option first. Its not fair to upsell someone without letting them know that's what you're doing.
