Stopped for Monday night dinner. Definitely the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in. Bathrooms had standing water, trash cans were overflowing, tables and floors were dirty with food.

It is always quite clean and a very lively atmosphere. They tend to be busy in the mornings but that’s probably because of the interstate being so close. They are sometimes out of things thirty minutes before closing but that makes sense because they make it fresh every morning and they need to use up the last of it before they close. Everything was hot and fresh and the workers were lively and welcoming. I asked about the stale chips and apparently a new girl has just been undercooking them, I appreciate the honesty!

The worst I've ever been to.Will never go back to this one.Rice was undercooked. Meats on the bottom so you couldn't see how little you were getting and just warm. It was just a bad experience with this one. Other ones are much better. Got it to go and threw it out after a few bites.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to!! Management sat n watched me as I ate the horrible stale chips.. I was upset I asked for another bag and guess what? Same thing. Rice was undercooked and they were out of a lot of things. There was no one in there when I walked in all were just standing around garbages were full out of fresh beans and brown rice but the. Chips upset me the most I was looking forward to them.if course it was $8 even for a large bag the whole order for 3 people was $56 crazy. All in all They literally could all care less. So sad!

Everytime we come here we have to wait for the food to be cooked. I can count off the top of my head at least 3 times I’ve had to wait to the side of the line because either the chicken or steak was gone and there hadn’t been more cooked. Not to mention the “new al pastor” haven’t been able to try it because they never have it. Worst chipotle. Go to the one near Aldi instead. Much better service.

Went there tonight.. First thing, they are always out of vinaigrette…Second I drove there tonight, sat in the parking lot and ordered a chicken burrito, get my order, and get back home getting comfortable and ready to eat , and it’s a steak burrito ??♂️??♂️??♂️ Also ordered extra cheese and guess what!!! None…Smh… they need to do better!! Have people wasting their money!!

They were completely out of vegetables. They were not busy. No wait in line. It appeared to me they would have ample time to cook more. He did not offer to cook them since they were out. It takes no time to cook veggies. We left since we do not eat meat. Horrible customer service!
