This place deserves a 1* overall. The manager is really rude to the employees. The employees reflect the managers attitude. So, therefore you have a really bad overall experience. Apparently you need to be a Chipotle professional to order from this location. My wife was clearly looking at the brochure for the NEW chicken. When she asked for the chicken, the employee helping her did not ask which chicken she wanted. Knowing you serve more than one type. Then proceeded to say "oh, well you said chicken". We have never been treated so horribly in ANY CHIPOTLE restaurant. If you know like I know, you will get someone in there to get rid of these bad ones and get someone in there to actually be a leader.

Got a steak burrito, steak was tough and the rice was hard like it wasn’t cooked enough. And while I was eating it was falling apart. Steak bowl was the same steak was tough.

I park my car, it's the middle of the afternoon, and I go to open up the door in front of me. It's locked.I walk around to the main entrance and open up one of the double doors. It's locked. Thankfully, third time is the charm.The establishment looked clean, which I appreciated. There were only 2 customers on the grounds at the time of my entrance after the 2nd failed attempt at opening a should-have-been-unlocked door.The food from Chipolte always tastes good, but something must have been off because my stomach and lower extremities have been protesting my choice to visit since yesterday evening.

I have given this restaurant 5 chances at this point. Every time except for once, this store is out of key product. These are key items on the menu…queso, steak, rice. Today no queso and half the drinks are out. You are losing good customers due to this issue. Being out of product is directly a management issue. I wish you guys luck…just not sure this store will make it without changes being made. I will not be back…and I know I am not the first…nor will I be the last.

Always have fresh hot food but the service is horrible. Attitude is awful, they make up their own hours and close whenever they please. You walk in and employees are sitting there talking purposely ignoring you until you call for help. Find employees who actually want to work and not sit around and talk the entire shift.

I usually have a great experience here. But I placed a mobile order for a burrito and was given a bowl…didn’t realize until I got allllll the way home. Drove back and gave them the bowl to fix. The guy up front with glasses was nice. But the white guy making the mobile orders clearly dumped my cold bowl into a tortilla. The burrito was disgusting, cold, the ingredients were not mixed. And on top of that he didn’t apologize or even speak to me he just handed me the cold burrito. I will never place a mobile order again.
