Pros: The waitstaff were friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant was clean.Cons: The food was disgusting. I took about 3 bites if their Enchilada and had to push the plate away from me. I'm the type of person who will eat something because its still food and I don't like being wasteful. This was so bad I couldn't even fake it. The chicken was dry and bland. I don't know what kind of fake cheese they put on it. The sauce... oh boy. Everything about this plate was a disaster. It was so bad I can't even give this place a second try. I didn't even box it up for my dog to eat.I'm new to the area. Does anyone have any suggestions of a Mexican restaurant?

The waitress was very polite and the atmosphere is good. However I was very dissemination at the food. I ordered Steak fajitas and let me tell you being from Texas it was a big disappointment! Not only the meat was overcooked but the seasoning was nothing close to fajitas I was hungry but couldn't even eat half of the plate. Not the salad or Pico de Gallo were good neither the rice. My work colleagues told me don't eat tex mex or Mexican food in Valdosta you will not like it and they were right.

Food was just okay. Chips were hard and tasted like they had been over cooked. Salsa was good. We had cheese enchiladas, beans & rice. Just average. Service was quick and friendly staff.

Always had great service here. Been eating lunch here for a few years and I have rarely been unhappy with my food. Staff is always nice and prompt with orders and refills. The wait for food isn't very long. Sometimes the salsa has a little more kick than I like, but it tastes good regardless. Alambres is excellent.

We read reviews before trying this place and while the reviews were accurate about the amount of food you get was good the taste of the food was less than appealing. We ended up asking for Togo plates so it wouldn't appear that we just did not like our food. We ordered steak and shrimp fajitas and we couldn't even eat the shrimp. The Salas was way too spicy and when we ask for mild the salsa that was brought was hot as in heated/cooked and was worse we could not eat it.

I am in the area for several weeks to assist with hurricane damage. Coyoacan was recommended to me by a customer I met. Upon arriving I was met by Will, who was very friendly and courteous. I was going for some fajitas, but Will recommended the Alambres, so I went with that. And a good decision that was because it was amazing. So I will definitely be back multiple times while I’m in town. So 5 stars for the food and 5 stars for Wills service.

It was empty when we got there. It has very appeasing decor, but does need to be cleaned. Our waitress (didn't catch her name) was very nice and very friendly. Always checked up in us but was never to pushy. The food was not very good at all. I got the tampequena and it was kind thrown together. The rice you could tell was 2 days old at least. I ended up taking it home to give to the stray cats lol. We ordered guacamole as a appetizer and that was the WORST $8 I have ever spent. We got some lime and tried to make it a little better but that didnt work. Needless to say we didn't eat it.. the sweet tea/unsweetened was horrible! The best part was our waitress!
