We stopped for a quick lunch while traveling. The place was so clean and had great oldies music playing. The service was quick and everyone was very nice and helpful to make changes on our order. Would stop here again.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen’s . The service I received was far below what I expected. Firstable the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful; they lacked basic knowledge about how to greet and address customers.During my visit, I encountered a particular employee that greet us like someone in the street. Firstable this young men didn’t have a uniform and he had a hoodie at a register. Which, it surprised me since Dairy Queen (3277 Inner Perimeter Rd) uses uniforms and this location has an OUTSTANDING service. This employee got upset at the register and left the register stumping like a child and very disrespectful. Then the support provided by the manager was not what we expected; no apology or accountability for this employee in a place of business. The lack of professionalism was evident, and it made the whole experience frustrating.Moreover, the overall attitude of the employees conveyed a lack of concern for customers' needs. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction.I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve their customer service quality for future patrons. Until then, I'm hesitant to return or recommend this establishment.

We showed up in the drive thru at 9:15 and they told us they didn't have any burgers which is over half befor they close. The burgers are over half of the menu. So we left. We are not happy with the personnel or the inconvenience.

This dq always forgets items and the food isnt ever hot or fresh. Forgot my drinks and condiments. (After asking them if was in bag since they had me move up) By time im on interstate not worth melted ice cream and colder food to turn

They were the best dairy queen when they first opened. Now they cheat you out of everything. Blizzards half full and sundaes have no toppings. Sad that they charge all that money and screw customers.
