The reviews below must have been written when this location first opened. I think they've gotten the kinks out and to suggest that they need to close is absurd. However, I do have ONE problem with this location. The music is way, way too loud. I cannot think or talk to anyone inside the store, because the music is so ridiculously loud. The store is staffed by a bunch of high school kids, so I don't begrudge them choosing the music they like. I DO begrudge them assuming the rest of us want to be overwhelmed by it and playing it so loudly that we have no choice. Turn it down boys and girls. We came to eat, not to listen to your Top 40.

The server gets the 3 stars for his patience and care with me. I have dietary restrictions and he made sure my drink was made with specifications allowing me to taste ingredients and look at nutritional facts before use.HOWEVER I WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT ANYTHING IF THERE WASNT A COFFEE MUFFIN AVAILABLE. SINCE THE OPENING OF THIS STORE THIS IS ONLY THE SECOND TIME I HAVE FONE INSIDE AND THERE WAS A SINGLE COFFEE MUFFIN LEFT! STAFF ALWAYS TELLS ME THE SAME THING. ****THEY GO QUICK**** IF THERE IS AN ITEM THAT IS SO HIGH IN DEMAND COMMON BUSINESS SENSE SCREAMS BUY MORE!!! They WILL sell!!!! I wouldve bought all of them!!But i just bought the ONE, FOR ME, and for the rest of my family 13 donuts and 2 beverages. But i wouldve preferred more than just one. Matter of fact, i would LIKE to be able to buy one each time i take time out of my day, use my gas, park my car in your disability stall, especially if i have to stand in line IN PAIN WITH MY CANE I MIGHT ADD!! Total waste of time and resources to be turned away empty handed because if you dont have what I COME IN THERE FOR FOR ME....I DONT SPEND A DIME!!! I JUST WALK OUT. BUT WHEN YOU DO, I SPEND AT LEAST 25 TO 40 BUCKS.Dietary restrictions: Diabetic

It took an exceptionally long time for one drink to be prepared and put 6 donuts in a box. And I ended up with 6 of the same because they were out of 2 different ones I ordered.

First visit: Inside. I took the kids there for a treat. On the Baskin Robbins side, they were OUT OF VANILLA, CHOCOLATE, OREO COOKIES N CREAM and a few others. These are basic ice cream flavors! We decided to get donuts instead. While waiting, one blonde young lady was rude with attitude (her name started with a G), another young lady repeatedly scratched her hair/wig, talked loud and cursed, a guy with gold teeth repeatedly said the N- and F-word as his pants were falling off. At that point, I got the kids and left the store.Second visit: Drive-thru. While waiting in the drive-thru line, the store's back door was open. Inside, many bags of trash were on the floor, the sink was filled with items and a mop bucket was clearly next to a shelf of donuts. Disgusting. I immediately left the line. I will not visit this store.

I went in there about two weeks ago with a family member and I was greeted amazingly by this nice lady who got my ice cream quickly got me through the line, but she made a mistake and messed up on my coupon which made me pay full price. This is not the problem. The problem was when a lady named Gina came up to the counter, and immediately had an attitude with the girl, she was the rudest lady I’ve ever seen her. Keep in mind I was totally OK with paying full price that wasn’t the problem. It was how Gina treated me. She proceeded to explain to me what was wrong like I was stupid multiple times and then ask me and a condescending tone, “do you understand that”. That was the rudest experience I’ve had. Then I come in a few days ago and I’m greeted by her again and she is once again yelling at the other employees making them seem like they’re stupid and when she messes up on my order with my friends she charges me full price for all of my friends together , I ask her nicely why this says this amount and she completely ignores me and never smiles. Worst experience ever. I’ve also seen some other reviews about this lady and one perfectly described her, but had the wrong name, but it still started with a G I think she might be the problem

I didn't have the coffee that my wife wanted or excuse me they didn't have the creamer the only reason we really went there was to get some kind of Foo Foo coffee creamer mixed ice drink she wanted. I got a chocolate donut which I don't understand how in the world you can mess up a chocolate donut but it did not taste very good at all maybe it was just this day I'm sure we'll try it again soon as long as they replenish weird Fufu creamer she likes in her coffee.
