I’ve been in town for 2 months and have tried a few other spots for tacos because I can never make it out of work in time to check this place out. Tacos happen to be my favorite food so I know a thing or two about them ?. All the other places I’ve tried have been okay but EL GIRASOL blew them out of the water! I got carne asada tacos (my fave) and they were soooo packed with flavor! The corn tortillas were soft but not to the point that they break apart when you’re eating....read full review
Passed through Valdosta for work for a day and wanted to avoid fast food spots. This place serves authentic Mexican and the food was very good. I had the pastor quesadilla and chorizo/steak tacos and it was great. Also, guac was fresh and they even had pineapple juice they made there.
