Went for lunch during their busy time. Although we had to wait a little linger than usual, the food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly. Best Firehouse we have been to in a long time.

I love firehouse, but this one was a little below my expectations. My sandwich was just sloppy with condiments, very messy and all I could taste were mayo and mustard.

If you're a customer then it's great, but if you work here don't get comfortable. They will fire you without giving you much of a chance. They act a little weird towards new coworkers. Sometimes I felt isolated like nobody wanted to talk to me and I'm not talking about during a rush. They will train you the most for the first 2 to 3 days then you're pretty much on your own after that.I was still very new since I didn't work that many days out of the week and it's like they expected perfection from me. Mind you, there are people that have worked there longer than me and they make a lot of mistakes, but some how they thought it was a deal breaker for me to make mistakes. Everyone knows that speed comes with experience and familiarity.

We did an online order of 3 subs, and a soup. Order was faster than expected and let me tell you what, that was the absolute best sub I've ever had today 9/15/23 around 12pm from firehouse subs. They're always so delicious but today was somehow even better. The meat was absolute tender, like literally melting in my mouth. So tender I'd give it to a grandma with no teeth ? the flavor was absolutely amazing. Order was perfectly done with nothing missing down to the extra bbq I ordered on my sub. I don't know who all worked but they did a great job! ? we seen they were working fast and efficiently. I'd rate it a 10 stars if I could.I will add, prices are a bit steep but if you can afford it, it's absolutely worth every penny. My large sub combo with added extras was about 19$ but for me personally it last me 2 meals which is why I don't mind paying that much.

I rember having a full sub, with sides & drink cost 9$$ and tax... its now @ 16$$- ouch! So not budget friendly on these hard times. Even their cimpetitors is pricy. Government fix yhis noncesce now! Quit hiking up taxes etc. Its hurting RVERY ONE

Rude employee at the Ashley Street location. Ordered online and when I asked about order upon entering, manager was nasty and said there 6 orders ahead of mine. Turned off by the place because of 1 bad employee.
I have yet to get a bad meal from any of the Firehouse Subs here in Valdosta. The food is always fresh and the tables are nice and clean. The only thing I'd have to complain about is that the call in orders get pushed in ahead of the in store orders. It should go in order as to when they are placed in my opinion. Other than that it's awesome food anytime.
