The service has been fantastic every time I have been, and there have been quite a few visits. I haven't found a favorite meal yet because I have thoroughly enjoyed all the food I have tried. Brunch and the Friends Mimosas seem to be my family's favorites.

Went in put our name on waiting list was told it would be 25 min to an hour people came in behind us and put there name down and was told it would be an hour and a half they sit down and five minutes later they were called we waited over an hour and we still have not been called they had our phone

Place was designed pretty nice but we waited an hour for 2 omelettes and 2 chicken sandwiches. Place was half empty when we arrived. When the food finally arrived after an hour it was average at best and was missing ingredients that had to be asked for. And they are known for their sweet potato biscuits and they were sold out of them 45 minutes after opening. Cool looking spot on the inside but very average food and slow service

Went to friends for a nice dinner and drinks. Our server was very sweet and generous, but on the other hand, the manager on site was terrible. It was this blonde girl with really bad hair and she was a little stinky. Her attitude was awful and she did not discount our food which got extremely messed up. Serving staff 10/10, management staff 0/10.

We had reservations and was seated on the outside where the floor slopes and the two tables didn't line up at slopes. We were not given enough silverware or plates. When the appetizers were finished the plates were left on the table until I removed them myself.The service was very poor.
Went with friends on 01/10/2024 and we got there a little bit early. We were still seated right away. Super friendly staff. I got their chicken thighs with pimento cheese and honey mustard with a side of their pasta salad. It was different but good. It was our first time there. It was all around a great place to eat that day. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back with more people.Parking: The share the parking lot with other businesses but the did have handicap parking outside the door.

The service and staff were awesome. Very welcoming. The food is a little overpriced, in my opinion, but good. Food temperature delivered to the table should be consistent. It wasn't. The restaurant was clean and I didn't have any problems. It didn't make my Top-10.

I absolutely love this place. I moved here a few months ago and of all the restaurant options in Valdosta, Friends is my favorite. The people, food and atmosphere are ✌? ???I highly recommend, even for those with food allergies, they can satisfy even the pickiest eaters like me. Ha!Vegetarian options: I ate the beet salad. It was so fresh and perfect on the palate.Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat gluten or dairy for the most part. Highly recommend the filet. They’ll accommodate your requests.
