The room was definitely not as good as other Hampton inns I have stayed at. The wallpaper was almost coming off the walls, the AC barely worked at all so it was so warm. But I can live with that. However being double charged for the night is where I draw the line. Booked under the pay in advance option since that is easiest for me, and I saw the charge come through that day I booked so I know I paid. But then when I checked in I was charged the full amount again plus incidentals....read full review
This hotel needs a maintenance crew. Clean the carpets so the place smells more fresh and there aren't stains. Check to make sure power outlets work in the rooms. Fix the fitness center so it's open. Fix the ice machines. Fix leaking windows. Maintain the ACs so they aren't so loud. Hampton Inns don't have the standards they used to have. I didn't pay for this stay. Used my Hilton points... just wish the hotels were as nice as they used to be and more consistent with quality.

The rooms were dark and out of date. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The whole facility needs an update. The person checking me in was not friendly. I see that people have been complaining about the condition of this hotel for some time. I did not read the reviews prior to booking. If I had, I would not have booked this hotel. I will not stay here again.
