The Cashier was rude and snapped at me. One of the server who was bagging our food took an unexpected exception when informed that our order was for two hash browns yet there was only one in our bag. He threw them in the bag rather than placing them in the bag. Who wants to have these people serve their food. Not us!!! Lastly they acted as if we had committed a crime when we requested extra napkins. We got two more added to the two we were given. We will not visit this store again. Love the food not the rude staff!!

We stopped at the Patterson store Sat 3/2 to find the doors locked and drive thru only, just to be informed that the ovens were broke!?Now HANGRY, leaning towards your store, we encounter sheer pandemonium?Drive thru out to the road and BIG TIME RUSH!!The crew worked as best they could to satisfy drive and lobby!! I have nothing bad to moan bout, but the wait.Breakfast was great!Thank you all at Ashley and Patterson for jobs you do!Owners/management need to reward hard workers with decent incentives/ bonuses and you might not find a need for constant mayhem ..With me now?
