We visited when it was really slow, I think there were only two other tables seated. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. She was also patient with our kids.The restaurant was pretty clean and recently updated in decor and style. It's not a fancy place but I think it was great for exactly what it is.

This IHOP needs staff training! Including management; staff members aren’t trained…staff members aren’t aware of menu substitutions. You could hear the cooks using profanity in the back as they prepared the food.Each item we ordered from the menu was not available; there was not sugar available for coffee or to make ice tea.

Athmosphere is ok. And that is the only thing ok in this place. This is a 24hr chain restaurant who supposedly offers breakfast 24 hrs. We came in at 11am and they're out of bananas, also out of Oreos, also out of Lemonade, also out of stake. We were trying to order each of those things and every time the waitress was saying they don't have that. Also, when you come in, look at how nasty the floor is at the dining area. How nasty do you think the kitchen, who nobody sees actually is? This is a place out of control. Will you trust they will cook your meal under strict clean and healthy policies? YOU'RE BEST TO GO TO Just Love Coffee Cafe they are super clean.

Never got my food waited over an hour to watch several tables that sat down after us (with more people in their party) eat before us to be told our food was still cooking what a joke only got pancakes and eggs and for some reason they couldn’t do that right don’t think I will ever go back and I used to love

Put order in at 2:04pm we got our order at 2:10pm The food was good ? awesomeness. I changed rating from a One to a Five. Hope this helps.Jan 4 2022We where ignored at this place right at the door we had to beg for seating and was push off on another waiter. The door employee was very rude to the point we almost left but we where tired and hungry from a long drive. The management and the employees need to be retrained on dealing with the public... If not this place looks to be going down hill fast. Hope the problem here gets worked out soon.

I love this IHOP! I order from here almost every other day due to pregnancy cravings lol and I cannot give the staff and manager Scott enough brownie points!! They are amazing! Whether it’s delivery or dine-in, everything is amazing annd selicious and if there is even a tiny mistake Scott is quick and very efficient to fix anything. Even called me to make sure! Thank you guys so much for everything ! Go Valdosta IHOP!
