I arrived when they opened took quite a while for the lady to even come up front to ask me if she could help me when I finally got the chicken I was getting it for me and my coworkers the chicken was not fresh we were not impressed with their rubbery chicken if you want some good chicken go to Bojangles or churches it's hot fresh and ready

The woman who took our order in the drive thru was extremely rude and obnoxious to us. She wouldn't allow us to make two separate orders. Speech was mumbled and difficult to understand and she was very rude and impatient because we couldn't understand her. Once we got to the window to pay We asked the young man if we could pay with two cards and then the woman who took our order came over and yelled at us "only one order at the window". The young man was embarrassed and apologized for her attitude and behavior. I asked him if she was the manager and he said yes. This is NOT acceptable behavior for anyone but especially from a manager!

I would have given them five stars but they usually miss something. They forgot my cheese on my sandwich. When I went back in they were nice and fixed what they missed.
The chicken was cooked in old grease and tasted as if had been sitting for awhile. The chicken was very tough and dry.

The chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The service is usually quick and friendly, making it a great option for a quick lunch or dinner. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the ordering process quick and easy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.The only reason I didn't give KFC five stars is because the menu can be a bit limited and expensive without discount.

SHARING IS CARING........Check out my 12 piece chicken bucket!I open my chicken bucket to some pics & review on NO MAC N CHEESE.....REALIZE....looks like someone picked at my chicken!! Then saw the sharing is caring lid during the NOW, I don't know if this is supposed to be like a joke or what......Anyways, NO Mac n cheese.....what??!Oh, don't say mashed potatoes & gravy...cause then she's going to say, what other side do you want? It comes with gravy. *In my head, WHY DID I NOT GET MY GRAVY with my mashed potatoes 2xs ago??* YEAAAA!!WAITED over 20 minutes in drive thruWasn't bad....BUT even though I ordered extra crispy.....It's more like original.....Kinda had a bit of humor with my chicken & gravy.....THANKS, KFC for that!!
