I ordered a sackful of 12 Krystals from here online. The lady at the front counter was really nice, but the vibe in the building wasn't lively. Anyhow I received my order and went home. It was really dissatisfied and disappointed because I felt like my order was just thrown together. Most of the burgers looked old and overcooked. The buns were falling apart and the onions were wayyyyyyy overcooked. I feel like my stuff was not made fresh. My family was disappointed as well. We ended up ordering pizza instead.

We went early in the morning and ordered burgers. They told us it would take a bit longer since they were primarily serving breakfast, but that it would be awesome. They did NOT disappoint! On top of being delicious, the staff was SO friendly. The manager and the other two employees were just so kind and genuine. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
It's horribly dirty... I didn't realize how nasty the place was until after I paid. I'll never go back!!!

I usually don’t like to complain as we all have days. But today I’m Very disappointed the young staff members could not stay off their phones to take care of customers due to answering and walking away. Went to sit down and every table is dirty and nasty. Big liquid spill on floor. No one ever came out to clean anything while there and as getting ready to leave after having to clean table off to eat someone finally put caution sign near spill. Not very friendly looking sad and like they don’t want to be here staff, the manager was trying best to be professional. I loved coming here since I was young but things have changed so much ?.

I ordered the 3 egg breakfast platter. Eggs grits, bacon, and biscuits. Both the grits and eggs had a horrible cigarette ? taste and smell. I have never purchased food before and was not able to eat the food. I won't return to the restaurant again....

Everytime I have ordered here it’s wrong. Forgot my chili cheese tots. Gave medium strawberry fantas instead of Roadie Root beers. Forgot the turnovers. Didn’t send out the original chicks. It’s just been a mess every time. I just want the food I paid for.
