4/15/24 7:06 pm placed a mobile order provided cashier code at speaker after she asked she never said anything else so I proceeded to the window Noone was there waited, now a line is forming and the cashier comes to give me someone else's order I tell her that's not what I ordered she asked for a receipt I pull up the app to show her she then tells me to go around and get back in line I advised her I had already went through the line and given my code and didn't wish to go back through could she please just cancel and I'll order some place else she told me the first cashier took off her headset to use the restroom and didn't hear my code I told her that was untrue because I was unable to cancel the order via the app and the app advised me to make request with the restaurant I left because I didn't want to continue to hold up her line so I called the store and ask to speak with manager the Manager asked me for all of the info then place me on hold and never came back to the phone I remained on the line while making this review and have been holding for 39 minutes and when i left the restaurantwas not busy just 3 cars behind me and noone in lobby. Worse customer service I have experienced at this McDonald's and I frequent this location almost daily because the staff is normally super courteous even if their wait time is a bit longer I will not return here and now have to dispute a charge that could have been handled at the time of service!

Came here because I was in town getting tires fixed,order 2 double quarter with just mayo and cheese while I understand mayo doesn't come on the sandwich but to charge. .40 a sandwich is crazy then when u receive the food I ask about the charge she was not aware of it. My mcchicken which comes with mayo was also charge for extra ask for it to be made fresh all 2 burgers where not done and cold where for chicken guess tough leather would be how to describe it. I aint 1 to complain considering that I work fast food myself but this is ridiculous. I made contact with the lady said she was store manager and I explained to her that what was wrong she said everything was cook fresh. Cashier at the windows were friendly about the only thing good

Since McDonald's launched their mobile app, I order from a McDonald's 5-8 times a week. Most of those times, it's at this particular McDonald's. The overall 2 star rating is due to the fact that although I typically use the drive thru, nearly 1/2 of those times, I still have to walk in to get my order corrected. Fries are always cold and free Friday fries is a joke. Fries are cold and they never give you an entire order.

I ordered 3 meals waiting time 30-40 min with very short line went to the restroom and met 3 employees smoking weed I guess it solved mistery with long waiting time and wrong
Worker was too busy giving drinks to her kids or friends and ignored us. Ordered at the little self order kiosk instead. Place was sticky everywhere and dirty

Had to wait forever behind a car that kept getting out of the car to going inside for food, yet they were receiving food In drive thru as well. They should have pulled up. By the time I received my food it was cold.

Hamburgers were swimming in grease and put together very sloppy. Placed the number on our table for dine in service and had to go get our own food because the employees were standing around shooting the bull. Very unprofessional business and won't waste my money stopping there again.
