I love panda express when their food is fresh. For the first time about a week ago, we got some not so appetizing food. I just hate that I have to give this place a 4 out of 5. Because most of my experience, it has been a 5.

I fell outside of this restaurant and banged up my knee pretty bad. I had to sit there for a while before I could get up and was in a lot of pain. An employee was looking right at me while she locked the side door right in front of me. She never asked how I was doing or help me in any way. 3 men left their meal to see how I was and helped me. Thank you the three men who helped me and may God bless you for your kind gesture.

The construction next to the drive thru made it hard to hear the girl taking the order. The service was great! The orange chicken was decent , but the fried rice not so much!

I just got some food from here not even 5 minutes ago I pay for premium and the white manger gave me all veggies and no steaks so when o said something to him he smile and said I paid for it with no meat in it at all and when a older white lady said something to him he correct it and gave her what she wanted and I asked him to correct it and he refused to so so and dismissed me like I was no one and I let it be know that this and he was racism and he told me to get out and he was not going to correct the problem and did not want to give me a refund on this food due to the fact it was all veggies no steak I also told the cashier it as well and she looked scare to say something to him never again I recommend no one eat here if the white manger is working he only take care of his own and treat others like they don’t matter just see us as dollar bills

The food was made fresh and was delicious. However, our rice and noodle portions were a little small. Overall, good experience. The king pao chicken is very spicy.

It has become a luxury to eat in this specific restaurant. The portions are ridiculously small but the prices have increased. The staff don't respond when you say "Thank you". I am the biggest fan of Panda Express but today was the very last day I visited this restaurant with my family and friends. So sad, Panda Express in Valdosta,Ga.
