Valdosta, GA. It had a larger seating area, beautiful selection of baked goods, efficient staff, and patrons were young professionals and retired couples. My husband is a card-carrying Panera member haha, but maybe not anymore because with the new menu they’ve discontinued his hard-to-find sesame bagels. However, I like their new menu so maybe we’ll switch and I’ll become a loyalty program member.Bathrooms were clean.Vegetarian options: Quite a few of the salads, soups, bagels and cream cheese and the new Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich are vegetarian.Parking: It’s in a large plaza area so there’s plenty of parking.

Great and quick service! Right on the main road by mall. There was a slight issue with my order but they were quick to fix it. Will definitely be back!

Beware. This place Apparently picks and chooses when it wants to be open. Me and like 2 other people waited in the drive thru around 8:30 pm for about 10 minutes. I finally pulled up to the window, the signs and lights were all lit up, and it said online that it didn't close until 10 pm. Yet there was no one in the kitchen. They were all in the dinning area. Some wgere on computers, some just standing around chatting. All the doors were locked too. Extremely disappointed. Just wanted dinner after an 11hr shift. But nope. Idk if I'll be back either. Everything in Valdosta has gone way down hill. So disappointing for this town.

The guys who were working were very nice, however that's where the positives of this review end. The cinnamon rolls were old and stale and I'm not sure how they accomplished this but, they were wet inside. These were by far the worst cinnamon rolls we've ever had, we couldn't even eat them they were that bad. My kids had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a chocolate croissant. Those were at least edible. My son said his coffee was ok but the hot teas my wife and I had were disgusting. I don't know what brand of tea bags they have but they are not good at all. I'll never go to Panera again, and not just this one but any Panera, they've all been going down hill over the last few years. Also, the floor in the bathroom was filthy and there were tables that still had food on them from other patrons.

A good place to come eat. I was asked by a homeless couple with a baby for assistance while walking in so I bought them dinner and listened to their plight. Bad things happen to good people and we need to help our fellow man. Which I did. I watched a homeless family enjoy a great meal and the staff was extremely generous to them. I wanted to make sure the world knows the service at this location was excellent. They made these people feel like a normal couple even though you clearly knew they were homeless. I see this at many of Panera's locations. I recommend a visit to this location.Kid-friendliness: The staff was particularly attentive to the child.

My recent experience at this location was disappointing. Compared to past visits, the portions have shrunk dramatically. The $12 "large" mac and cheese was barely half the size as before, and the baguette was more like a miniature breadstick. Adding to the frustration, the cashier struggled with the card reader, exhibiting visible irritation throughout the interaction. To top it off, the plastic silverware featured a sharp edge on the spoon. The combination of poor service, downsized portions, and questionable quality leaves me overall disappointed with the company.

I wanted to order a ham and Swiss sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes but to my surprise, they don't serve Swiss cheese‼️ Wait...What❓❗Nonetheless, it was awesome as usual and so was the iced green tea, the blueberry bagel, and cream cheese. Thanks Panera Bread. ?

The woman behind the pick up counter is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at their job. I think she’s the manager! She has a jealousy problem and discriminates against certain people because of it, unprofessional.

I've visited this location a few times when I'm traveling and usually the food is good, but not amazing. The last two visits have been subpar for sure.I ordered the same quinoa bowl twice last week, once when I was driving south and once on my way back north a few days later. The first bowl was really light on the different ingredients, though it all tasted fine. Just wasn't as filling as it has been in the past. Then on my way back through town I got the same Mediterranean bowl, this time with extra feta to make sure, and they forgot the Greek yogurt scoop all together. I also got the cold brew with milk, and it was absolutely terrible. I couldn't finish it. It tasted like the dregs of old coffee--extremely dark and bitter. Watering it down didn't help, and it had a terrible aftertaste. I'll probably visit again when I make my way through town, as there are consistent meatless options, just wish the quality was more consistent for the cost.

My wife and I had the Pepperoni Baguette , chips, and shared a cookie adequately called the “kitchen sink” This sandwich was good, but it could be better if the bread to meat/cheese was equal. The cookie was ok, but chocolate heavy compared to the other ingredients in it. I’d go back, but will probably request additional meat and cheese, and try another type of dessert. I’m looking forward to trying their salads and soups, which I heard are delicious.
