Bit into this slice of pizza to find a sticky plastic disc, which left a chemical taste in my mouth. I’m guessing it’s probably from some sort of cleaning solution they use. Anywho, I did notify the store so they would be aware and hopefully be more careful while preparing people’s food. Store associate did offer to give me a store credit, but I declined as I won’t be eating here again anytime soon.

Papa John’s messed up my order. It took us over 30 minutes to get home and realize that they messed it up. When I called back instead of making the situation right I was greeted with an attitude and I was told they attempted to call me. Why would you attempt to call me but not leave a voicemail if you know you messed up on the order. They were very unprofessional, and I will not be going back. Even a simple apology for a mistake that you made is a simple act of customer service. The employees definitely need more training.

Always late. Every time I order delivery online I order well in advance and order to be delivered at a specific time. Always 30 to 45 min after that time before it gets delivered. If you want it on time better go pick it up yourself.
