Dasher here. Just picked up a doordash order the lady working the register is VERY VERY RUDE! Literally tossed the boxes of orders on counter where one fell over. Asked for a bag and she literally just threw an empty bag at me. She must of been having a terrible day. I was there to just do a job like you are! Don't be rude to me! Happened 6pm 4-5-24

I called in my order I ordered a personal pan meat lovers pizza add mushrooms and onions the young man that took my order confirmed my order my daughter picked it up when she brought it it wasn't what I ordered so I called they put me on hold for 16 minutes I hung up and called back to be told that was what the ticket said I told the lady how when he confirmed exactly what I said on top of that I get the same thing every time regardless of what size pizza I get so I went back on my way to work gave her the pizza and it took her 20 minutes to refund it back to the card bc she claim she couldn't find it in the system when clearly it was paid with apple pay so that was my last time going to that Pizza Hut

Never received my order service online was a computer problem then went to store and they missed up my order twice and then charged me for it until I ask for my money back and cancel my order after about an hour wait going back and forth with the manager and cashier about getting my order right the first time neither one of them seem to know what they were doing because of the online special that you guy's were having and the online saying one thing but when you order was something totally different need to fix your website ?

I paid $49.00 and I got 2 pizzas they were both wrong I got wings they were both wrong the only thing that was right was the breadsticks.Parking: The parking was great only vehicle in parking lot
I always order online and my food is always fresh and hot and ready in 10 minutes. The white lady with the glasses is always friendly and nice! Great service and great pizza.

I do not have a smart phone. Ask for a menu and she told me to scan something and I could look that way. Just ordered a medium pizza and forgot the other things I wanted. I am still recovering from surgery and there was no where to sit. They said they were carryout/delivery only. Still should have a waiting area. Not very nice people there. I think they all must hate their jobs. The pizza was okay but the thin crust was so hard where there was no sauce that you could not eat it.
