It does not take much to render descent customer service. The customer is not an inconvenience to your business, they are the reason your store remains open. The smoothie was ok, had it been great, I wouldn’t had said anything but mediocre smoothie and bad attitude, makes it a one and done with places looking for business

I was charged $75 for a small twig and berry smoothie. I have been unable to reach someone. The charge should have been $7.50 but someone made an error and $75 came out of my account. Buyer Beware

Decent product but very much overpriced. A handful of fruit, couple squirts of sugar water, a pump of fruit juice and a scoop of ice. Somehow equates 10 dollars? Cost to make is easily under 3 dollars. And they close at 7pm???

When I asked where on the menu were the ones with chocolate, the associate with the pink hair said" you can just READ it, CAN'T you?".I ordered a "dragon fruit lemon splash" (dragon fruit, pineapple, lemon, and strawberry). I took a sip out of curiosity before handing it to my son, and I clearly tasted PEANUT BUTTER, which my son is ALLERGIC to!!! When I went back in to ask about it, I got attitude again, saying that there's another one on the menu with PB that a lot of people like! No apology for almost killing my son!Worst is that she was the one seemingly in charge.

We liked the acai strawberry banana blueberry add almond butter smoothie! Very good. It's inside the gas station.

They don't understand ratios. I got a strawberry blueberry smoothie and the blueberries were so overpowering I couldn't taste the strawberries. It was straight purple. Not blended very well chunks of blueberries all through it. I normally go to smoothie king or make my own at home and I ALWAYS have blueberries and greens in my smoothies and they're never deep purple and taste like that! I am very disappointed and I paid almost $17 for it.

When we arrived it was very busy and there wasn't much space to safely social distance. We asked the associate who was wearing a mask if she could make our smoothie. The store manager turns around to explain that there isn't a mask mandate in Georgia, which I am aware of, to which we replied it is our preference to have someone with a mask on prepare our smoothie during these times. The store manager was making smoothies without a mask nor hairnet: her hair was very long.I understand that there isn't a mandate in place but during a pandemic where populations under 65 are just NOW starting to get vaccinations...it seems that such requests not be responded to with crass...simply grace.
