All three cars in front of me didn’t place an order and pulled off. When I got to order I ordered a 12 piece family meal. The young lady said oooooh that will take 20-25 minutes. I said OK I will wait. After a 40 second pause. She said it will now be a 30-35 minute wait because they are changing the grease. Not sure why the are changing the grease at 12 noon. So I politely said I’m going to have to pass!

Let me start with, I love Popeyes. 1st place I want to go when I'm going to have fast food. However, I just waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a side that cost me 15 dollars. I could have made food faster. And they said they were out of sweet tea. Well with a 30 minute wait they could have made a few gallons of it. Super disappointed. Please do better!

Nigeria Jones has the best customer service experience I recommend her any time anybody come in she's the best cashier I
We had to pull up and wait on our order, which is no problem. But we noticed that others that pulled up after us received their orders, yet we were still waiting at least 20 minutes or more. My husband decided to go inside only to learn that our order was given to the wrong person. Then we had to wait on biscuits. We ended up being there for at least 40 minutes before receiving our food.

Was OK, food was greasy and was not hot ?, the person who prepared the food took the food off the place that is to keep the food hot, and went and put the sauce in the container and shook it up and down before handing it to me. Not sure what was going on, the first time I stopped by the food was good. Just wanted to let everyone
