Manager Roxanna was awesome. The drive through menu was broken so we went I side and service and professionalism by Roxanna was absolutely the best. I would eat at any establishment she manages she is great. Promote her when and where ever possible.
I ordered 12 ghost wings and redbeans and rice and only got 10 wings and the rb&r was only half full. I went back a few days later and told them about it so on that day they gave me two additional wings with my order. Thanks.However, why do you keep shorting people on the rb&r. Every time I get them they're short on volume. Quit trying to cheat people out of food they pay their hard earned money for.

We wanted to try the new wings, so ordered 2 meals. Mine came out and I was literally finished eating before the nice young man came out and said he was sorry for the wait and would give my husband an extra wing. It took them 35 minutes to cook 6 wings?! And why would you think that the fries that had been sitting on the counter since I got my order would still be hot? There were 6 staff that I could see. And sadly when he started eating, half his wings were cold! Really!?
