I visit this location about 3-5 times a year. Usually, pretty good, but they got my order wrong this morning. Ordered a golden owl with 2 extra shots of expresso...what I think I got was 2% milk and espresso... no caramel, no vanilla flavor at all. Still, the beverage was consumable, but not enjoyably. Maybe I need to switch back to another chain or local shop on my rare coffee treat days...

I’ve always had good experiences here in the past, but ever since they expanded and updated their mobile app; service has gone down. They wouldn’t allow me to redeem my free gift or use my points I had accumulated, then after giving me the wrong food initially, the food they brought out to me the second time was still incorrect (even though the lady said she had checked it to be sure). One a good note, my coffee was still made correctly and delicious as always!!

Ordered a Cortado, got a wet late, so I questioned if I got the right drink and was scoffed at for even questioning. It was also $6.50 for one drink which is $1-2 more than a normal place. The wet late was good for a late.

I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so nice and the drinks are consistently perfect. By far my favorite.

Every time I come to this location the Coffee is not what I ordered, they’re more expensive than Starbucks but don’t taste good. The service the last two times I was there was really bad, the baristas hate their lives, can’t be bothered to smile or be friendly, never ask if I have a rewards account with them (which I do) I don’t know if I want to try the other locations in Valdosta if this is how their standard should be. Tired of spending $6 for a coffee that is always missing ingredients.

This place is AMAZING, it takes maybe 1 min and 30 seconds to get your drinks after ordering depending on how much you order. The baristas are so funny and have wonderful and meaningful conversations with customers. Kirstin is one of the best employees, took care of me and made my drink to perfection. The employees here treat their regulars like family. Love it here. ❤️Parking: Big Lots

Coffee is amazing, the food is delicious, and the people are so friendly and knowledgeable.
Beverage was bland and not true to its name, ordered hot but it was barely even room temperature. There was a lot of conversation at the window when I pulled up and it took 2 minutes to even been served. Cashier at the window was wiping her nose with the back of her bare hand and girl she was talking to was digging in her ear and kept pulling back her hair. Girl at the window prepared my drink and didn’t wash her hands. None of whom were prepping drinks or handling drink/food containers were wearing gloves. I do not recommend this place and will never go there again. It’s unsanitary.

Decent coffee. Hate the setup because you have no time to look at the menu. Someone is at your car window and someone behind you is impatient. Prices similar to Starbucks, menu no real idea just ordered a latte to get out of the way. Not very impressed because it probably wasn’t what I really wanted but no suggestions from barista.
