Every time I come here the Coffee is mediocre. They don’t have a lot of flavor options, they’re more expensive than Starbucks and don’t taste as good. The service the last two times I was there was really bad, the baristas act like they hate their job. They need a new job and I’m just switching back to Starbucks.

My tea was not the best today! It was bitter, and I didn't go back because I was already on Skipper Bridge road heading back to Adel before I tasted it! Also, I wasn't asked if the whole milk was ok and I didn't think about it. I can't drink whole milk, so I had some issues that night, but nothing I couldn't handle. I could drive to the Northside location. They never seem to disappoint!Overall.........I love Red Owl's Spicy Chai Tea! It is so delicious.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so courteous and friendly. I love the Golden Owl frappe.
I like this place but the service is so inconsistent. Placed a mobile order and checked in when I got there. There were 2 very large orders in front of me and by the time I got to the window everything was cold. We had coffee and sandwiches. I told the young lady at the window and she said "gee, sorry" and promptly closed the window. Tried to report it to their corporate but I don't see contact info on their website. What a shame. Not the first time I have had this issue, but it may be the last. Mugs and Hugs is right up the road.

It's a drive through, no sit in. I usually get the golden owl, and this time I tried the caramel dulce, and the white chocolate gives it a very nice twist. I think I'll get another one today. I'm from Texas, so I gotta get my fix as often as I can ? I've never had a bad order! (Knock on wood ?)
