Placed an order for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for our daughter as a surprise. Well imagine our surprise when our daughter calls to thank us for five cupcakes. I call small cakes to see if they can delivery the strawberries. Answer is no because door dasher left (turns out there were two orders with similar names) and while the manager did say she was sorry, she offered no solution. I had to ask for a refund when they refused to deliver. (The cupcakes could not be eaten nor were wanted). Dissapointed with the VERY poor customer service and just general lack of care. (The sorry by the way was an after thought). Will NEVER order from again!

Small Cakes has multiple flavors of cupcakes to choose from. We chose the carrot cake. If you have a really big sweet tooth, then you’ll like this place. The cupcake was delightful, but in my personal opinion it lacked that classic cream cheese flavor in the icing and could have used a pitch more salt, which would have married all of the flavors together, but the cake itself was very moist.

I went here for the first time today, I'm new to Valdosta Georgia. I had a maple bacon cupcake and this was by far one of the best cupcakes I have ever had . I just wish It had a little more bacon/ bacon flavor

Stumbled upon this place after craving something sweet and oh my gosh is it AMAZING we bought the birthday cake and cookies and cream cupcake and they are amazing, soft, moist, and just exactly what you’re expecting when you’re biting into a great cupcake. The have GF options as well which is awesome and dog cupcakes too. Customer service was awesome as well, just very nice and welcoming
