The bbq is amazing I had ribs and brisket so delicious not overly strong smoke but very tasty fall off the bone ribs. Our waitress was top-notch and great atmosphere.

We eat at the Pig regularly and have never had a bad meal or service! Best BBQ and salad bar in South Georgia. Very comfortable seating and surroundings in the restaurant with a great atmosphere.

The girls at the podium that seat you are childish and rude. If you choose not to seat at a table becasue it looks like a beaver kneaded it up and you know it's unsanitary they will leave you standing looking like an idiot. The food is less than par for the money. Having to pay extra for a salad is absurd.

Big menu and a decent salad/desert bar. The food is good and the portions generous. I think a good value for the price. The staff is friendly and make sure your drink stays full. The salad bar is clean and has a modest selection of vegetables. Lots of pasta salads and these type things available. Ice cream, peach cobbler, and banana pudding too!

Before leaving Valdosta, I decided to grab a bite to eat. I saw Smok'n Pig BBQ and decided to stop to get a to go order. The parking lot was huge and full of cars for lunch. The restaurant is also large, but they seem to get the people in fairly fast. I was short on time, so I called ahead to get some of the smoked wings and a side salad. I was surprised at how good this food was, and the price was reasonable. I love that they have a salad bar which I haven't seen before in a barbecue restaurant. I made a delicious salad, but my favorite on the salad bar had to be the chicken salad. It was delicious. Next time I'm sitting and dining in when I come.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Stumbled on this establishment while traveling. Clean restaurant and the pulled pork was amazing. Wait staff was very accommodating. Worth the drive.

perfect in all ways I was pretty skeptical and they said top 10 nation but I believe it when I pull up and see parking lot and there's 300 cars and everyone's saying it's good
I would rate this restaurant a 10 out of 5. Not only was a Type 1 Diabetic able to modify her food to meet her dietary needs but the food was most excellent. My husband got a 6 oz sirloin with side salad and fries. The sirloin was cooked well done as requested to perfection. I know my cousin's husband ordered a prime rib and he was happy with his order. I ordered the grilled shrimp without any spices or sauce and they were delicious. 15 will do great for a picky eater. My sides were a side salad with vinaigrette and steamed broccoli. My cousin ordered something she and her husband split. I cannot remember. However it was good. Everyone took to go boxes. The portions are excellent.

We had a nice dinner there. Addy and Ariel the hostess were smiling and pleasant Desiree our server worked her butt off. I did not see any wait staff smiling or welcoming. The food served was not hot and she offered to exchange but we declined. Salad bar was fresh and clean. Not sure I'd eat here again. Should we come back to area I'd like to try many of the other options this is however a great place for families.

This plus is huge! Has lots of seating and parking. Service was fantastic. I can't remember her name, but even in a busy Thursday night she was amazing. The inside decor is rustic and lets you know you are way down south. We ordered the smoked brisket, fried okra, macaroni cheese and sliced pork, Brunswick stew and greens and we both had the salad bar, meh on the salad bar. We definitely would be back. Really good food. Great service.
