They never have any updated stock. Staff is Unprofessional inconsistently. The standard of Starbucks is higher than the presented experience.

After today, I’ll never be back to this location. The guy that rung us up was just all over rude first off. Then when my drink wasn’t what I wanted he just stood in the background shaking his head. Trashed the drink and walked out. Horrible service!

Went inside this morning and the guy at the front desk was rude. Tried ordering a mocha with no foam, and he kept trying to correct me that it was a latte. After getting the drink, it doesn't taste like a mocha but a foam filled bad latte. Disappointed.

They are pretty good for a mini Starbucks. They even know me by name (probably not a good thing in my part ? ). They stay pretty busy, but still manage to get the orders out fast.
