Tried to explain to the employee that the option for larger fountain drinks weren’t available online. I was willing to pay the difference at the store but he couldn’t do that because I already paid online. Then I get back to the office and find that either stuff was missing or the order was wrong. The wrong bread was on both sandwiches. What was supposed to be used was on another sandwich for a different person. Ordered a meal with cookies added to the order at the end. Chips weren’t in the bag for one individual but the cookies were. If I wasn’t that hungry, I would’ve taken everything back and requested a full refund. I’ll drive a little further next time to a Subway that’s able to get it done correctly.

At the Inner Perimeter location, you better go in and order instead of doing the drive thru. I ordered my sandwich with extra pickles but I got none, I wanted oil but they put vinegar on it instead. Was the employee not paying attention to the order or what. Ugh, do better and listen sandwich makers!!

I always enunciate when I ask if I want my sub toasted.The answer is always a polite, no ma’am, or no, sirThis is not the first time that they have heated my sub when I have specifically said noWhen I ask if I want to return it, my answer was no because I am one of the elderly and it takes everything I can get to go through the first time.Last visit to this particular store.

Made my sub perfectly and staff had a great attitude. Clean restaurant as well.Parking: Restaurant is in a plaza with other businesses, but is on the end, so parking is not usually an issue.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking right in front of the restaurant with a ramp to get you over the curb.

Had a terrible experience at the Subway in Lake Park and couldn't contact anybody but found the owner of this store. He was so kind and listen to my story and told me how to take care of the crazy lake park subway. Got to give it to him. You didn't have to help to but you did anyways! Now that's customer service! Thank

Decided to try to test Subway with the grinder hack from Tik Tok. Used the new Series BMT sandwich as the base. Then I asked the Sandwich Artist (who I think was named Kayla) to mix up the ingredients in a bowl. She didn't complain about the random ask. And even offered additional things that I didn't even think to ask for, like Parmesan. All in all, the sandwich was amazing, service good and the restaurant was clean! Will definitely come back to this location!
