Since when is it a must that you order through the kiosk at a Taco Bell they would not even take our order.so we just walked out what is Wal-Mart

The drive through order taker is awful (African American male with long blonde hair). In the dive though, the car in front of me placed their order and went to pick up. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes just to place my order. The order was entered incorrectly and had to wait almost 10 minutes to get 4 crunchy tacos. Please see the order around 10:55 pm today for reference (04 March 24)

Food is made with very low quality ingredients, causing extreme heartburn from the lard that's in it. Grilled burrito is packaged in a way that it's soggy by the time you get home 6 minutes away. Very expensive. Will not be eating at Taco Bell anymore.
Food was good. Service a little on the slow side but restaurant was clean. We got the $5 lunch combo which is a good amount of food for your money. Never had a bad experience here unlike some in surrounding areas.
Tanajah was our cashier today and was super friendly and efficient. She got everything rt and made sure we had everything we needed and she made sure to tell us to have a good day. You have a great worker there. Thanks for a great

Waited for my order for over 25 min only to have it all wrong (supreme tacos were regular, hard shell tacos were dorito, had a burrito we didn't order, etc).

I ordered a chalupa supreme and they gave me a crunch wrap supreme. It was not the least bit crunchy.
